For us, workload reports made the biggest difference. Seeing who was overbooked vs underutilized helped rebalance tasks quickly. Without that visibility, bottlenecks were harder to spot.

any project management tool, you can get insights upto certain level. you&#39;ll always have to tailor them extensively for deeper insights. With Asana, we found the reporting good for tracking progress, but not as strong for deeper efficiency insights. We still needed additional tools for more detailed analysis.

Definitely ClickUp. It has a lot of analytics and metrics, which felt overwhelming at first. But once we narrowed down a few key metrics, it became much more useful. Remember, the key is not getting lost in too much data and tracking only what&#39;s useful!
