The best part is the whitelabeling and the In-App integrations it saves a lot of time and human effort. Also scaling the community into multiple applications is very easy when the first integration is done. We have StoCoMo in 4 application and Scenes team was involved only in 1 so this shows how easy it is to implement. Customer support is very good. **What do you dislike about Graphy Community Platform?** Nothing as such but it would be great if we had a sesssion moderation and the data analytics specifically for the sesion. **What problems is Graphy Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping in the following activities: - Client retention - Client Engagement - Generating Revenue - Client Acquisition - Central Branding and cross selling tool ### 2. A few issues into the whitelabelled solutions. 2. Most of our community is mobile-first, and having a dedicated app under our brand name helps us keep them engaged. The in-app push notifications are fantastic for real-time updates. **What do you dislike about Graphy Community Platform?** While Scenes does offer a range of customization options, I feel the analytics dashboard could be more advanced. Granular data insights would be a big help. **What problems is Graphy Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, the big win with Scenes is the low learning curve and intuitive design, which directly correlates with high member engagement and retention. By removing the friction that typically comes with community participation, Scenes allows us to focus more on community building and less on handling user issues. ### 5. Customizing the platform is very easy like plug and play. The platform is user-friendly, easy to use and set up as well. Their federated search functionality is also great and allows for community users to quickly and easily find the most applicable content for their searches. It's a very flexible platform and allows two-way communication and managing communities is feasible. Integration of zoom, events stage, calendar and sub-communities features is also phenomenal. The sync between the web app and mobile app is also rapid. **What do you dislike about Graphy Community Platform?** Every platform has its limitations. There's not much I dislike but they are just a few features which are still lacking. Those are as follows it's currently lacking in individual user-based feeds, minor UI/UX issues, dark mode (mobile app), limitations in stage, coin allotment/usage issues, metrics, alignment and feed issues. It's a sharp and clean-to-use app and I see the Scenes team is working on bringing various features. I'm sure that all the features mentioned above will be live soon. **What problems is Graphy Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scenes are helping us strategize our community and enhance our community members' experience. It helps to build two-way communication and relationships with our users. Earlier in our community, we had only one-way communication. This has helped us to evolve as a one-stop solution for all the community needs. We are able to schedule events, run our community and achieve our goals with the help of scenes. ### 6.
