The interface is very user friendly and I don't need to spend much time with employees teaching them how to use the Greythr app. It is quite self-explanatory when it comes to applying for leaves, checking daily attendance and downloading payslips. Also, the admin version of the app which I use as an HR manager is efficient and makes my daily operations work much easier. It gives me all the consolidated data of employee's attendances, late comings and also automatically deducts the salary on their payslip if I put half-day for an employee when they are late to work. All our employees are solely dependant on the GreytHR portal for their payroll and tax break up data and have never heard a single complaint on the portal and most of users frequently use the portal for reimbursement and anything related to payments.

As a HR team, I find greytHR very helpful in managing all records of employees, including their attendance, leaves, and all details. While it has very great benefits, it has certain disadvantages as well when considering the UI the interface seems to be bit outdated, and sometimes too many modules can makes finding things harder.
