**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

What stands out most is how Papaya Global has consolidated our fragmented processes into a single, unified platform. The software is incredibly user-friendly , and the integration with HiBob has been a total game-changer. With just one action, our data flows directly into Papaya, making the entire employee journey—from onboarding to changes—much simpler. Additionally, the support we receive beyond the technology is huge and truly makes a difference.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

While the platform is transformative, there are a few areas for growth. I feel that AI usage is currently lacking; integrating more AI-driven automation could further streamline data validation and predictive analytics. Additionally, enhancing the standardization of reporting across all local partners would ensure a more seamless experience regardless of the region.

**What problems is Papaya Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with 15 different payroll vendors across 27 countries, which created massive data silos and required over 600 hours of manual work every week. Papaya solved this by providing a "one system, one platform" approach.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

Overall, Papaya has been a great platform for our organization, helping us stay compliant with payroll, tax, and labor laws across multiple countries. We’ve used Papaya for our staff in Bulgaria and Tunisia, and it has supported our efforts to manage these requirements with confidence. We appreciate that the platform is easy to use, has great customer support and integration features. To start, from an administrative perspective the platform is very user-friendly. The platform's dashboard is labelled very accurately for ease of navigation. If there are no changes from month to month in payroll, the approval time is less than 5 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Only one weakness comes to mind: the integration with Bamboo. We set up the integration so that time off entered in Bamboo is captured in Papaya, but unfortunately it isn’t always accurate. For example, if time off is entered in Bamboo after Papaya’s cut-off date, it won’t sync over. The integration does save time overall, but it still requires a double-check to make sure everything is correct.

It helps us stay compliant with international legislation and ensures we can pay our international employees on time every month.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

I like that Papaya Global handles payroll processing and workforce management, and I can add my bank account for salary, declare tax deduction plans, and select tax plans on the platform. I also appreciate that the company can provide salary slips by email, and they are available for direct download from the Papaya portal. I find it especially useful for managing any claim-related expenses. Papaya Global's impressive user interface makes it easy to onboard new employees and I found the initial setup to be very easy and user-friendly.

It's an expensive portal, small companies cannot afford it.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

I use Papaya Global for managing Non Resident payroll in three countries and also for PEO workers in many other countries. I appreciate that it's enabled us to have a global workforce and engage people in countries where we don't have offices or a registered presence. This has helped us strategically in establishing a presence in some countries and engaging the best person for the job, regardless of their location. The process of engagement is relatively straightforward and can be quite fast with the PEO model. I find access to the platform simple, and once you know where to look, the data is clear and transparent. I also appreciate having access to summary graphs and consolidated data by country and by engagement type, which makes it easy to report and make data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Reconciling invoices to the level needed for internal compliance can be challenging. Having a better breakdown on invoices that it would be possible to extract in Excel (or have presented in a spreadsheet) would be helpful. This is particularly important for expenses. We also have an issue with the way that some expenses end up being taxed by the local employer without notifying the worker before the amount is paid - this can leave the worker out of pocket - and this comes back to us.

Papaya Global enables us to have a global workforce, engaging people where we have no presence. The PEO model makes engagement fast, and the platform provides clear, transparent data, aiding in easy reporting and data-driven decisions.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

We’ve been using Papaya for both payroll (in different countries) and contractor payments (all over the world), and moving to their platform has been one of our best decisions. Payroll is smoother, faster, and more transparent. Papaya’s global reach has given us confidence to scale into new regions without worrying about payroll delays. Their support team is also fantastic, responsive, hands-on, and always proactive when we need help.

Another huge benefit is that each payroll project has in-country experts making sure we stay compliant with local regulations. That takes a big concern off my plate and gives me peace of mind that everything is handled correctly.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

We’ve had a few minor issues during new project implementations, such as invoices being sent with errors, which meant we had to double-check them carefully. That was easily fixed and hasn’t been a recurring problem. 
There’s also a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, simply because the platform has many features, but once you get used to it, it really pays off. 
Sometimes responses from support can take up to a day, which feels long when payroll deadlines are tight, though that’s understandable given the time zones we work across, and they always follow through to resolve the issue.

**What problems is Papaya Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Papaya has solved the challenge of running payroll and payments across multiple countries in a consistent, transparent way. Before, payroll involved long manual processes, unpredictable payment timelines, and extra costs on bank transfers. Now everything is centralized: I can run payroll and contractor payments, track every step, and know exactly when and how people are being paid.

It also takes away the worry about compliance. Each payroll project has in-country experts ensuring we meet local regulations, which saves me a lot of time and stress.

As an HR generalist, I have been using Papaya's services for over a year and the service offered has only improved month after month.
Customer service is now a key partner in the day-to-day management of our employees. Proactivity and responsiveness are the two main strengths of customer service, enabling smooth and efficient procedures as well as regular and personalised follow-up on each case.
Our key account manager also brings incredible energy and good humour, which is always much appreciated.
The online platform is easy to use and allows for a high degree of autonomy in managing files.
In addition, the 360 online support makes it very easy to submit issues and always provides effective feedback.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Assistance with certain legal issues may sometimes lack precision and may require several follow-ups to obtain adequate answers.

System integration is very helpful and makes the process much easier and more efficient. Papaya platform is very user-friendly, especially for accessing all our payroll inputs , outputs and workers' documents.  It's also incredibly helpful for obtaining our monthly invoices and detailed cost breakdowns directly through the platform. Having everything in one place has been a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

We've noticed that response times can sometimes be very slow when we require clarifications on employee questions or payroll operations. Prompt responses are crucial for us to address queries efficiently. In addition, We have to remind Papaya to get monthly reports for  a couple of countries every month.
Hope that the payroll summary and bank files be provided in a timely manner, as per our agreed-upon timeline.

I like Papaya Global for its friendly platform and strong focus on compliance, which are really important for me. The high-touch onboarding process is essential when I need to onboard multiple workers at once. I appreciate how data collections and tracking are handled, with one dashboard to monitor it all, making it easier to manage. The integration with other tools like Expensify, Workday, and SAP is a bonus. The setup was very easy, even with our challenging timeframe, and we managed it without issues.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

Papaya Global has been a game-changer for our global payroll operations. By consolidating payroll across 20+ countries and 11 different vendors into one unified platform, we’ve eliminated complexity and gained a streamlined, integrated solution. Their contingent workforce solution simplified what had previously been a cumbersome and error-prone process. The platform itself is intuitive, with consistent access to payroll and employee data presented in a clear, well-designed interface. Most importantly, Papaya Global’s team — from our Account Manager to our Implementation Consultant — went above and beyond, acting as true partners throughout implementation and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

There’s very little to dislike. Papaya Global provides transparent communication, fast resolution whenever questions arise, and an open channel for feedback and enhancement requests. If anything, we’d love to see their roadmap continue to expand even further, because the platform has already set a high bar for global payroll solutions.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

Papaya global's dashboard and special mention to their mobile app - Both provided me a seamless experience to my payroll related stuff and while logging my holidays. Papaya's portal is simple yet engaging that helps the user to use it for their benefit. Papaya's service is almost never down even on busy days or holidays.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Nothing in particular related to their portal that I don't like but I would say there is much scope when it comes to improve their customer response timing. Moreover, Papaya doesn't have a dedicated customer service helpline or no. on which the users can reach them in no time. Papaya do have the customer service email but a helpline no. available 24*7 should be there for such a company of this big scale keeping in mind that users sometimes could be in want of a quick response and email response takes time.

**What problems is Papaya Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Papaya has solved the problem of managing my payroll and payslips. Till this date, multiple companies provide payslips each month attached in the email. Sometimes the user don't receive those emails and at the time of need, it becomes cumbersome to find all the attachments. Papaya has made all my payslips and pay related info along with all the details available on my finger tips by giving me individual login where I can keep a track of all my details and download and send where ever to who ever. 
Also, logging holidays and keeping a track of all my leaves is one of features that has helped me a lot while using Papaya.

The platform is also user friendly, and the Payroll experts are available for any question.

The invoices are not always as much details as we'd like to, and the PTO import system on the platform is not Papaya's best feature yet.

I like the idea where they have a point person for our account who responds to our queries in no time.  We always felt confident that somebody is rightfully in charge.
On-boarding of employees is super-easy in their portal; and if you need assistance, their Customer Support assigned to our account is always easy to reach... and to top it all, very professional to deal with.

In all business dealings, we do have some hiccups though,  but i don't want to highlight that.
As what matters most to us, everytime we have a problem with Papaya, they're readily available to assist.  In short, they're not gonna throw us off the bus... in times of problem/s.

When having issues or last minute adjustments, the team & CSM are responsive and understanding.

The invoices could be more detailled or specific as in some case, we have trouble to link specific  items to specific employees.
The massive update of employees data's fixed data (home address, job title, salary) can be cumbersome as we need to request a specific file in order to perform the update.

Onboarding and payroll features on the portal are very user-friendly. For a client like us that has employees based in several countries, submission of monthly expenses, and payroll adjustment details are easy because the portal is well organized.  The customer service managers for EU, Canada, and APAC assigned to us are all very efficient. They would train us first on certain features and along the way, if I have questions e, they would readily help.

I also love Papaya's Countrypedia. Very useful and insightful!

The website has a slightly longer onboarding than anticipated but Customer representatives make it easy al so going the extra mile for your voice to be heard with Product.

**What problems is Papaya Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Papaya Global literally makes complex and legally-binding global HR management a no-brainer, allowing complete legal financial and HR governance of a global workforce.

I found Papaya Global through this site: https://remotepad.com/best-eor-companies/ 

The choice was done after talking with their rep. Everything was smooth, however they are clearly on the pricey side. But i assume quality has a cost.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

A great company with a beneficial and efficient solution, especially for those who employ in various countries. Support many countries. A friendly and easy-to-implement platform.
The customer success team is always amiable and available, gets back quickly and tries to help as much as possible with what is needed.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Nothing I can think about at the moment :-)

Helps in hiring employees in countries where we do not have a legal entity, and we have many such countries, including information about those countries in terms of laws and regulations

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

At the end of the day our employee did get fully paid. It was only through a lot of work by our employee, including legal counsel, and work on our end. Our termination period was only 30 days which made it easier to leave.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Papaya held our deposit return over a month past the due date we agreed on. They have continued withholding a credit memo over 45 days beyond the payment date without reason and have not given a payment timeline. Overall, the communication is abysmal; you must follow up many times and escalate to get an answer.

Our employee consulted with legal counsel because Papaya attempted not to pay out accrued PTO multiple times. We had to review the law in the country because Papaya's local office was not following the law. 

Papaya missed invoicing us for a month, causing audit issues and requiring escalation to their CFO. For a while, they insisted we had paid an invoice we never received or paid. Our employee did get paid that month which was a relief.

We've had many, many customer service reps.

**What problems is Papaya Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing the bare minimum to hire an employee in Italy. We've moved on to another EOR serving us much better, night and day, in terms of service and transparency. Papaya is significantly overpriced.

**What do you like best about Papaya Global?**

The pre sales and implementation process were very smooth, the system was implemented seamlessly. The customer support we have since received has been very good, particularly the speed of response.

**What do you dislike about Papaya Global?**

Navigating new labor markets is tricky, and sometimes it would be good if the Papaya team provided recommendations when setting up new projects. Also, we are still finding our way through some of the pecularities of paying expense claims (and tax treatment thereof) in different parts of the world.

Helping us to engage talent in markets where we do not have a local entity
