It is a tool to develop projects such as apps, very useful and simple for those users (like me) who are not programming experts. I think there is still a lack of functionalities to facilitate the design of interfaces, but they are on the right track. Their technical support service is excellent! **What do you dislike about PandaSuite?** PandaSuite has many "components" that seem very useful, however, I think that for people who are not experts in the field, it would be necessary to detail how these components work, either with instructions within the software or more detailed tutorials. PandaSuite allows me to create it easily and update it as frequently as I need. It is definetely easier and economical solution than outsourcing to a third party. The support team normally gives me reply in 1~2 business days. While the default language options are weighted towards EMEA countries, the support desk immediately added an Asian language on my request. **What do you dislike about PandaSuite?** Though there are many tutorial videos on YouTube and on their FAQ site, some of them are not upto the latest screen design. **What problems is PandaSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The app I had some years ago was created by a third party. So, it was impossible to modify its contents internally. PandaSuite allows me to update contents as frequently as I need and add as many languages as I need without extra cost. ### 4. And it publishes right to the app stores- no coders needed! I couldn't find any other platform that allowed me to to so many things and publish straight to app stores. **What do you dislike about PandaSuite?** There are just a few features I'm hoping they add in. Their personalized response to every request is great, but as is understandable, it sometimes takes a few days for them to get back to me. **What problems is PandaSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It lets me design and create simple and very complex apps that get uploaded straight to the app stores! No coders necessary! I want more people to use them so we can have a community to discuss techniques. I use it every day, and it is part of what gets me up in the morning. The team at Panda Suite have provided templates and guides in the help center to get me started. When I've need additional support they team have been responsive through the chat function. **What do you dislike about PandaSuite?** There is nothing to dislike about Panda Suite. What I dislike, is being a beginner in the learning pit. There is so much to get your head around in building an app, particularly working with a database. The team at Panda Suite have been awesome in providing resources and support in the process. **What problems is PandaSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Building an app with no code. Their solution has made it accessible for me and given me confidence that I can build an app myself. Who would have thought?!? We found the way to do finally by airtable. I've chosen PandaSuiet for several reasons that I'll explain furthermore. First of all, the platform is flexible. It allows building any design and interactions. My goal was to create a user-friendly and interactive app, and PandaSuite met my expectation. The second is the excellent choice of components that allows building the logic and databases. I've found all necessary for making the entire app. The final result is as good as a team of developers would create it. The third benefit is an excellent support team. The response is quick and is the team is ready to help with any question. I've requested to add functionality for my needs, and they've implemented it quicker than expected. It was inspiring. App Store well accepted the app, and I already have good reviews from customers. **What do you dislike about PandaSuite?** The learning curve is slow, and it takes some time to understand how it works. Other programs I tried had issues importing a php website. Pandasuite's worked right away. Although I went through a little hurdle launching my app on ios app store and android play store, their tutorial helped me a lot. I came across issues deploying ipa file but their support helped me finalize it and get it ready for launch. I wanted to include a navigation bar at the bottom of the app, but that function was not possible at that moment on their platform. When I told the support team, they thought it was a good idea to give that option to customers so they developed that function, which is now available on their platform to use. I consider that outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond what I asked for. **What do you dislike about PandaSuite?** Documentation needs to be updated for uploading on app store and android store. **Recommendations to others considering PandaSuite:** Give the platform a try. It's pretty easy to use and has great support. **What problems is PandaSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to create and import a web version membership app directly on pandasuite, easily.
