Overall experience was not good.

The issues we have faced include late completion of Background verification, lot of areas which is not serviceable, Fake BGV reports that a serious concern, not timely response from concern person regarding any issue related to BGV cases, lake of fulfilment to complete commitment. What problems is SpringVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Limitations in terms of changing the documents submitted by proof due to genuine reasons.

We need an approval process from an employer before starting the background verification because employees may upload wrong documents or may not upload full details, in this case, we can review and request them to complete the missing part.
