I like how cost-effective Freshsales is; for the cost, you're getting an entire suite with many features like sequences and email bulk facility. It was really easy to set up everything as it provides step-by-step guidance. We created accounts fields and company, and Freshsales provides templates for other things. We tested email health without connecting the inboxes, then tested it with DKIM, SPF & DMARC setup on Freshsales. You can use Sequences for sending emails using certain logic, like sending follow-ups to clients who opened emails. Detailed reporting of the email metrics can be highly improved. Due to their inability of showing detailed report, I had to create a separate email metrics dashboard personally using python. Their email open and click rates are the most basic, even the free HubspotCRM allows such detailed email metrics. You are only allowed the basic information, making the email metric not so reliable. I like Freshsales' easy interface, automation features, and lead management system the most because it helps speed up the sales process. Its easy interface is very helpful for my team because even new users can quickly use it without training. Automation features like follow-up reminders and task assignment have reduced manual work and no lead is missed. Freshsales overall is quite a good product, but sometimes the advanced automation and reporting features seem a bit complex, especially for new users. If there were simpler tutorials or guided setups for these features, onboarding could be even easier. The mobile app performance could also be improved a bit more. I like Freshsales because it's easy to use and organize, and I can customize it to the way I like to work. The ability to make my own filters is valuable, allowing me to see leads that have not been contacted in a while, fresh leads, and those that were potentially closed on the resolution side of my business that need to be addressed.
