# How can integrate FreshSales with MailChimp

I have tried to integrate Freshsales with MailChimp, but it has been impossible, I get errors that I have not been able to decipher and when I write to support they tell me that they are going to escalate the problem, then they answer that the problem has been solved and they send me a link which takes me to a page where there is no answer, just asks me for a username and password that I don't have. In summary, I continue with the problem and I have not been able to integrate MailChimp with FreshSales, and from FreshSales in its support area I have not received any indication of how to do it.

firstly users want to syncronize their aggregated sales lead from all communications ( emails, web forms, etc ). freshsales  to malichimp so they can maintain consistent list across sales and marketing. secondly some users already use malichimp for product marketing and wants to add these members in freshsales to manage sales activity records.
