There are a few things that are a bit of a challenge, as some awards and memberships cannot be free typed, and are from a fixed list.

Experience.com helps me show potential clients how other past clients have been treated, and how their home buying journey went

I like how it automatically sends out the review to the borrower so I do not need to think about it.  I always take these reviews to heart to learn from them.

I wish it didnt automatically send a response after 2 days. if I forget when I sign next I would do. I like the response to be more my style.

Experience.com provides the tools to take your career to the next level and to the top of the search ranking to "Win Local" and "WOW" every single client and and referral partner. Not only do I have the analytics and data to maximize my exposure online, but I have been able to dramatically convert my clients experiences into positive and relevant feedback for other potential clients to see.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

There's nothing that I dislike about Experience.com, and they have been able to help my further my client base and my career. As a former employee of Experience.com, I have always enjoyed the company culture and remained in contact with the Executive Management (Hey Pat!), and now as a customer of Experience.com, I'm getting the full benefits of everything they have to offer.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Experience.com has helped me identify the markets that I should be focusing on and providing valuable data on how my clients interact with my listings online. The Listings feature makes it easy and convenient to ensure that my business information is accurate across 500 of the top websites for clarity of the consumer when searching for a Mortgage Lender. As a competitive Mortgage Lender, having a platform that "Gamifies" the process of caputuring positive feedback to remain at the top of the "Leaderboard", this has only fueld the fire for me to remain consistent in providing the best possible experience for each and every client.

I've loved using Experience for all my client reviews!  The support is phenomenal and the ability to integrate and cross post reviews across multiple social media platforms saves a ton of time.  Experience's review setup is easy to use for my clients and implementing it to automatically be sent out after each closing was seamless.  I frequently use the website to check rankings.

I honestly can't think of a downside at all!

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

Getting to be the most relevent when it comes to a Google search. Lets be honest thats how everyone finds everything now when it's not a friend family or co worker refferal. The thing is no one knows how to, well maybe some people know how to get that algarythm or whatever it is to where you will pop up first or in the top five. Well, thats where I was completely wrong, you guys have the keys, the codes, you know the secrets. When Mike explained what they were it totally makes sense, but just starting, man you dont even know where to start. And then Mike shows up, talks you through it and explains it all on top of a super easy looking system to navigate. I couldnt be more thankful or grateful Mike being the one navigating us through this.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Man this is a tough one.. I guess it would be something that would be with any service you sign up for, I need to work on it myself to a certain extent no matter how much Mike does. What I mean by that is he's an awesome guy and he has done a ton for me already but I absolutely wont take advantage of his kindness and ask him to do it all. I need to get into the system and just get used to it myself.

Getting my name out there. Im number one on Zillow in Fresno county but I dont advertise much so I dont take advantage of that title when I should be, and it's actually very frustrating. Niow I could make a million excuses but bottomline is when you're as busy as we are we just dont have a ton of time to learn all kinds of tricks to get your name at the top of page one for Google and or learn a system to do it for you, well with this all being automated the way I was told, Im pretty sure the system tells me what to do then does it all for me! Super excited about it!

I think its great to be able to look up professionals and see all about them in one place.  Reviews, hobbies, social media, and contact info.  It makes things very easy to find a good lender or agent and know youre in good hands.

If someone leaves 3 or less on a review it does not allow you to respond with explanation or offer another side of what happened.  It seems unfair also that 2 people can leave reviews on same transaction thus really hurting your customer satifaction score.

It's helping me to get quick reviews about my services out there right after a closing.  allow people to see that I may be a better fit that others.

I have been using this service for a number of years and it is truly a great way to get feedback from your clients. It allows them to not only rate, but give a detailed narrative which is very helpful for future prospects to see and hopefully decide they want to do business with you. **What do you like best about Experience.com?**

I really like to see what the clients final thoughts are after closing.  It gives me a way to improve if needed and verify a happy client.  I also love the convience of being able to post the surveys automatically to social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I believe the questions on the survey could be asked a bit differently or possibly different questions all together.  I don't mind the current survey, but I do belive there could be some slight improvement in this area.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Experience.com is my primary post-closing survey for my clients.  It solves my need for that system and solves my need to be able to share positive experiences online.
