**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

I appreciate the automation and follow up for reviews. I like to ask in person for a review and let them know it's coming, but because Experience.com doesn't just stop after one non-response email, my completed reviews have increased with their systematic approach.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Since my company doesn't prefer gmail.com usage, it's sometimes hard to link my accounts and follow them at work. I have to see gmail.com alerts on my phone only.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problem of not following up on feedback from my customers. It's important to take the time to review your reviews. The automation helps me when I forget to respond, AI can cover my back.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

I love that it automatically asks for the review from the client and agents involved without us having to do it on our own so we never forget. I also love the fact that it links to all social media. Most important and what helps me most is that there are very thoughtful AI responses to the reviews.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I can't really think of any downfalls. Maybe if there is a party we don't want the reviews to be sent to, but I'm sure there is a way we can stop that if we don't want it to happen.

I dont have to remember to get revoews on my own, and they sync up to all social media platforms. It helps me track my reviews that I can also send to new clients that ask for reviews!

I like that it's a set it and forget it system. I don't need to do anything to maintain it.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I wish the scores were on a scale of 1-10 instead of 1-5.  If someone were to rate me a 4 out of 5 on any given part of the loan process, that seems to have a much bigger negative impact than if they had given me a 9 out of 10.

This solves the problem of obtaining reviews from clients that I can use in future marketing.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

My company have worked with Experience.com for several years now. The automatic nature of review requests and notifications when new reviews are received make Experience.com a no brainer. I can't wait to read the reviews.  It is a great marketing tool to utilize via the automated post to social option, and other ways my Marketing team uses the top rankings data. The integration of AI with up to 5 choices has been very useful, even if i choose to personalize to some degree.  I like that Experience.com suggests the client also shares a Google review.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I'm not so sure there is a down side.  Just getting acclimated to how it works and learning best practices, when we have so many different tools to learn and keep up to date on changes as they occur.  Continued/increased efforts by Experience.com to promote more consumers and industry related professionals looking for and relying on Experience.com as one of the primary go-to's for loan originator ratings/reviews.

The automated nature of the Review requests going out to my closed loan clients solves the issue of my team being tasked with remembering to request reviews manually and following up.

Most of it is geared to real estate agents and not loan officers.  I wish it had more options for us.  I also wish that the scoring system was not based on linking things to sites that agents have options to but not loan officers.  It is a disadvantage to us.

It would be nice if the reviews could cross-post to other review platforms instead of just logging reviews left elsewhere, but understand this would be a challenge.  I also wish it could take the content from each review, and load it into a pre-determined template that we could setup to auto-post to socials, instead of just the plain-text version that it posts currently.

The information the provide is certainly helpful. But I do feel the services were over promised and under provided.

The benefits of pro were definitely overhyped. I have been a pro member for about five weeks now and I’m still not listed on over 40 of the listing sites they offer.

I love that it shows me where I need to be stronger with online presence and all the additional areas were I am listed but wasn't aware.  It is also great that I can be compared against my peers and since we are all competitive, I watch almost daily to see where they are.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

It's a huge challenge to get realtors to want to pay for another "thing".  I haven't been able to get any realtor to pay for the pro subscription as they have so many other sources out there that they use.  I agree that this helps compartmentalize all of those other things but getting a realtor pay for nearly anything new is a challenge.  Making it free for them for a year might help but then they need to use it to see the true benefits it brings.

It appeared that some reviews were duplicated on my account.  I talked to some other users and it was the same for them.  This would lead to inflated scores and when this goes unchecked, it creates an unfair advantgage.

I love how the survey goes out to all the parties. I have more reviews from realtors in the last few years using Experience.com than I have my whole 18yr career. I also love how it automatically posts to other social media sites, that is the best benefit of all.

My least favorite thing is it auto disconnects from my linked in profile. It is not easy to relink the profile, I have to log into linked in & get a new link each time. That part is a hassle.

The pro version automatically sends a survey to my buyers as well as the realtors involved in the transaction.  The AI generation option is a great option to replying to surveys.  Their website is easy to use and customer service are awesome!  The app allows me to integrate my platforms for sharing the reviews.

I havent had anything I dislike as of yet.

They are becoming a complete and robust solution for our company and loan officers to win online.  They handle our branch and practitioner listings, they make it easy to automate social sharing, and have a intuitive system that our loan officers can use with little training.  They handled our implementation well as we moved from a previous narrow solution to their robust platform.  We have been supported very well by our customer success manager.  She has been responsive, an advocate for us, and provided ideas for us to use the system in creative ways.  We are already leading our peer groups in less than one year and we have not even implemented all of the possible solutions yet.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Some of the developments for new solutions or upgrades seem to take a while.  This can be frustrating when you are using their solutions they way they intend, but a bug or issue is found and not quickly resoloved.  A recent example is in the Web Analytics feature.  For most of our loan officers, it is calculating a "fast" load time for their web page, but other loan officers with the same type of page says, "slow".  This is affecting their numeric scoring that represents their online visibility by 50+ which is a big margin.  With that stated, they are listening and reviewing the issue but no ETA is available.

Experience.com is helping us to be noticed in our local markets with their branch and practitioner listings.  Additionally, they make it easy to gather reviews, reply, and share on social media.

I like that I get the same results using Experience.com than I did using a PR firm who charged me over 3x more. My representative at Experience.com is more like a business partner and friend because he collaborates with me and seems genuinely interested in helping me grow my business. I enjoy our monthly zoom meetings.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I don't like that I have to connect it to a Facebook business page; there's no option to just connect it to my personal profile. That's annoying.

My only complaint is that I have to have a business account to link to facebook.  I personally don't have one of those, I instead have a professional account.
