Honestly, Nathan Campbell! He has been extremely helpful and provides a high level of customer service. On top of that the platform is easy to use and has already helped enhance my business presence in a short window.

I am newer to the platform but have nothing negative to say at this time.

I struggled to keep all of my reviews in front of me. Plus I recently had made a move and needed to rebrand. This is helping close the gap with my old online presents, very quickly!

Experience.com is a very easy-to-use tool. I used it for over a year at my previous company, and when I learned I could continue using it even if I changed companies, I didn't hesitate to open my account.
It helps me with my business's digital presence. I also find the integrations with other platforms like Google and social media very useful.
As for the service I received from Mike Blair, since I created the account, it has been great. He always knows what to do and how to do it because he's very good at communicating. He seemed very professional in what he does, and he gave me all the support to make my account look even better.

Does not send review requests automatically

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Experience.com, I only used Google My Business, but with Experience, I've gotten more people to leave me reviews than with Google itself.

It's important to me that people can find me online and that my digital reputation is built. I take care of the quality of the reviews myself. :)

Having a bunch of 5 Star reviews, I believe, gives us an edge over someone that may not have as high of review scores MIKE BLAIR was super helpful helping me get set up and has been keeping in contact with me over the past 6 months until I was ready to add back to my tech stack.

When I was at a retail lender for over 8 years, the review requests were sent out for us after each funding. That would be awesome if there was a way to connect with out CRM to send these out after closings automatically

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

The ability to respond to surveys within minutes using the AI feature has been a game changer. It allows me to stay engaged with past clients and address both positive and negative feedback promptly and professionally. This has helped me continuously improve my service and maintain strong client relationships. Ease of Integration with social media has given me the ability to engage survey's across most social media platforms instantly.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Currently, there isn’t a feature or setting available to send a follow-up reminder for reviews that haven’t received a response.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Responding to survey's fast and with a high completion rate.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

Easy to use and understand the format. My Google activity is rising rapidly everyday. I am new (1 week) so the jury is still out but I am very pleased so far. Great customer support also.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Publishing times to the different outlets are slow. I'm hungry and over anxious to see this product at work.

Raising my Google rating and getting out to more outlets causing me to get more quality leads.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

The web site is easy to use.  The Pro version has some great features that helps with SEO.  Being able to share experience.com reviews on Google, LinkedIn and other platforms is really beneficial.  Our team at Guild Mortgage was easily able to integrate Experience.com with our survey system.  Review requests are sent automatically once a loan closes.  There is a system in place to resend the request if the receiver does not submit a review after the first request.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I would like to see an email notifying me when a review request is sent out and to who the request was sent to so I could follow up more efficiently.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful to have a single platform to request and manage reviews. It is very helpful to be able to post the review on Social media

Regarding posting reviews to Google, Google only allows reviews that originate on their site as organic, unique submissions. Experience.com aggregates reviews from multiple sources to help increase your review count and maximize star ratings. The best way to drive more reviews to Google is by setting up the Google redirect workflow in your survey campaigns, which makes it easy for customers to leave a review directly on Google.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

My clients love to give feedback on their experiences and this helps other potential clients to see the level of service we provide.  The system is easy to use and I find almost all of my clients respond to the link.   The system also allows us to respond and thank them for their trust and consideration when looking for our services.  It is a great tool and a great way to show you provide outstanding services.  I appreciate the way you can integrate this with other review systems and it posts automatically for us.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

If someone is just a negative person and they write a really negative review - we are not really able to contest what they say.  This has only happened a couple times, but sometimes, when a person does this they are not necessarily speaking the truth.

Providing great feedback to me on how my clients experience their process.
