## Exclaimer Reviews
  ### 1. Centralized Control and Easy Campaign Switching with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy M. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Honestly I think the biggest advantage is the fact that we can control everything centrally. Now, Marketing sends the updates out to everyone and it’s taken care of. And quite frankly, even while I’m half asleep on the couch, I am still pretty impressed by how well that works. The Banner feature is great too – I love that I don’t have to bother Sales to make manual changes to campaigns for our various teams, and that I can easily switch up campaigns. It’s so easy. You create it, it runs, and you’re done.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

If I want a new signature design, I have to wait until the Design Team at Exclaimer has created it. It’s not a huge deal. Honestly, they are quick to respond. But if you’re like me, and you like to be able to drag & drop something into place at 11 PM and have it live immediately, this isn’t going to happen. My auto correct keeps turning “exclaimer” into another word.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in disarray. We had a variety of signature formats; many people were using their personal head shots from years ago; old job titles; and incorrect logos. It didn’t look good. Especially since we’re supposed to appear organized. Exclaimer just solves this problem – Marketing controls everything; IT doesn’t have to run after people to get them to update their signatures; and when someone’s job title changes it will update automatically. Plus, our signature spaces are actually serving a purpose today – they are promoting events, campaigns etc., instead of simply having a phone number that nobody calls.

  ### 2. Reliable Email Signature Management with Easy M365 Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ARAVINDAN C. | Information Technology Infrastructure Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Email signature was very siWe’ve been using Exclaimer primarily for managing email signatures across Microsoft 365, and overall it has been a very positive experience.
The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Creating and managing signatures is straightforward, even without much prior experience. The layout makes sense, and updates can be done quickly without confusion.
Integration with Microsoft 365 was very simple and smooth. The setup process was easy to follow, and the tool integrated seamlessly with Outlook and other M365 apps. Once configured, signatures were applied consistently across users and devices without any manual effort.
In terms of performance, Exclaimer has been very reliable. It works well with Microsoft 365 and does not impact email delivery or user experience. Signatures are applied correctly every time, and we haven’t noticed any performance issues.
Pricing is reasonable and offers good value for money. Considering the centralized management, consistent branding, and time saved for IT and users, the return on investment is good.
Support is okay overall, but it’s somewhat limited. Support is mainly available via email due to the subscription plan. The responses are helpful, but having faster or real-time support options would improve the experience.
Exclaimer doesn’t heavily focus on AI or intelligent features, but for its core purpose—email signature management—it performs extremely well and does exactly what it promises.
Overall Experience
Exclaimer is a solid, reliable solution with easy Microsoft 365 integration, good performance, and fair pricing. While support options could be improved, it’s a dependable product that delivers strong value for organizations using M365.mple

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Personally I don't have any negatives about exclaimer. Overall its good product.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us its customised email signature.

  ### 3. Uniform Email Signatures with Easy Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander B. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I absolutely love Exclaimer for the control it grants over every user’s email signature, ensuring a uniform and professional appearance across all our business communications. This capability is crucial for maintaining our brand's image and making sure every email we send aligns with our company standards. The customization aspect of Exclaimer is another outstanding feature that I appreciate. It allows us to perfectly tailor our email signatures to our specific needs, incorporating elements that reflect our brand’s identity uniquely and effectively. Moreover, I found the initial setup of Exclaimer to be very easy, which was a huge relief and contributed to a seamless integration into our existing systems. This ease of setup means we could start using the platform quickly without any significant downtime or disruption to our operations.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I occasionally experience errors in Outlook that prevent email signatures from loading, which can disrupt the seamless operation I expect from Exclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to make all business email signatures uniform and easy to control, enhancing professionalism and brand consistency.

  ### 4. Effortless Centralized Email Signature Updates Across Every Device

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dev P. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

For me the centralization of how I can update signatures is my favorite feature. I used to spend hours trying to get everybody updated when we would make changes to our logo or phone number and then people would still have the old version in their email for months after the change. Now, I only have to make the one change and it gets pushed out to everybody (mobile included), which was something I did not anticipate working as well as it does.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The visual editor works okay, however sometimes the space between items can behave strangely and you may have to go into the html directly to fix it (at least there is an option to do this). Oh, and the admin panel could use labels for a couple things I spent a little too long looking for the stats on my campaigns.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, our emails were unprofessional. With the use of this product, every email sent from the company now contains the correct information, branding, and any necessary legal disclaimers. Additionally, we use this product to send seasonal campaigns; therefore, the banners for these campaigns can be changed without requiring manual intervention from any of the employees. It simply runs.

  ### 5. Perfect Software For Effortless Compliance with Dynamic Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wenzel M. | IT Manager Assistant 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I love is Exclaimer's role-based, dynamic banners, which make my work easier because I can design a single master template, and the system automatically updates the graphics and content based on the visitor's location. This helps us comply with local laws while showing relevant information like recruiting links or a calendar booking link for sales. It saves me time since I don't have to constantly edit the template for different locations. The mail flow rule implementation setup is exceptionally fast, taking less than fifty minutes in our cloud admin portal, and it routes mail through disclaimers instantly without causing latency or disruptions.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Some of my user experience drawback is with the local preview testing mechanism. It can be unreliable because, occasionally, an issue renders perfectly in the disclaimer admin web preview but looks slightly skewed when actually received in a specific version of desktop.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer face issues with jurisdictional liability risks as Exclaimer automatically detects recipient domains and appends legally binding content to emails. It enforces compliance and tailors content based on location, which greatly simplifies my work.

  ### 6. Centralized Email Signatures That Keep Our Branding Consistent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DeeAnna H. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Honestly the only real value I get from this system is knowing that employees don't have to be contacted by me to update their signatures. Everything can be managed from one central location and it’s easy to make sure everything looks consistent. I manage over 200 employee signatures and prior to implementing this program, our signatures were a mess (outdated logos, people simply type whatever they want into their signature, etc.) . Now it’s all controlled from one central location and it finally looks somewhat consistent. The templates aren’t bad and the set up wasn’t bad either once I passed the initial Google Workspace setup process which took a couple of minutes to complete (no lie).

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Customizing the signatures will eventually reach a plateau and you’ll probably hit it sooner rather than later. For example, if someone on the sales team wants to add an award icon or a professional certification to their signature, forget about it. There isn’t a happy medium between “everybody gets the same thing” and “complete chaos.” Also, I found out after I signed-up that it’s only available as an annual subscription plan. It would’ve been great to find that out before signing up so I could test it for a month before deciding to sign up. That’s a minor thing but still aggravating.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In essence, we didn’t have much control over how our employees’ email signatures looked and it showed. Clients were receiving emails from the same company, however, they appeared to come from five different locations. This program solves that problem by giving us total control over how our employees’ email signatures look -- one administrator, one template and one standard email signature go out on every email. We don’t have to worry about it. That’s the entire purpose of this program and it works.

  ### 7. Exclaimer Is Effortless Brand Consistency, Needs UI Polish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arikas Z. | Support System Tier ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

There is several tools and features that I love from Exclaimer, especially its direct directory synchronization, which is very efficient and significantly simplifies my work. It allows me to design just one master template, and the system automatically pulls specific names, job titles, and phone extensions for each employee directly from our Microsoft Intra ID in real-time. This means I don't have to manually select and edit every employee's details, saving me a lot of time and effort. Setting up Exclaimer with Microsoft 365 transport rules was surprisingly easy thanks to the automated process. The guided wizard managed the complex mail flow routing in less than thirty minutes, enabling us to push global branding updates to over 200 users without needing to touch their computer system.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

They really need to improve their UI. The signature designer, CSS rendering, is quite finicky. I would love to see more preview tools that show exactly how signatures will look in various versions of Outlook for Mac. Certain background colors can shift unexpectedly when recipients have their system setting toggled to dark mode.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer for consistent email branding across devices, solving mobile formatting issues. It simplifies my work with direct directory synchronization, which auto-fills employee details from our Microsoft ID, saving me time on manual edits.

  ### 8. Transformed Our Email Signature Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Remzi M. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I appreciate that there's no more need for stale signature data, and the Workday syncing means I'm not chasing HR for org changes. The meeting branding has genuinely elevated how we show up to prospects, especially during our Q4 client roadshow with cohesive virtual backgrounds, which was great for our sales and marketing department. The Workday integration is a big plus since titles update overnight with no need for IT intervention. Also, the SSO-enabled registration flow saved us roughly a day of onboarding headaches, which was very helpful. Employee data updates flow automatically into signatures, saving me hours every month.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The mobile view. Desktop is polished to a tee, but editing a signature template from my phone on the run is terrible. Most of the time on mobile, I'm not redesigning a template - I'm fixing a typo, swapping a campaign banner, or updating a disclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer eliminates email signature chaos, syncing with Workday to update titles overnight, saving me from HR and IT requests. It enhances meeting branding, presenting a professional image to prospects and simplifying onboarding with SSO.

  ### 9. Exclaimer works great for our email system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikolay S. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The microsoft integration was easy to implement and had the add-on automatically show up in outlook for each user. The fields synced directly from azure ad, therefore once hr changes someone's title, it flows through without my having to do anything. The knowledge base is also full of actual examples instead of just telling you to "set-up your configuration" which is nice when you're stuck.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

While Rules have priority, they don’t have a preview or simulation capability. It can be pretty stressful trying to manage 15 rules because, although you’re trying to avoid clicking incorrectly, you’re at risk of sending out something to 300 people by mistake. It would be nice to see “If I click this, 47 people will be affected” prior to committing it.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use an old on-site application that required an agent on each computer and took 2 hours to sync. We now use cloud-based and the applications update in seconds. we are finally able to create mobile signatures as well which we were unable to do previously. The click rate statistics for banner advertisements are providing us information as to whether email may be more beneficial than just posting to LinkedIn.

  ### 10. Effortless Brand Consistency with Centralized Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer for email signature management, ensuring brand consistency with marketing banners in signatures. I appreciate the centralized control that allows me to 'set and forget,' which is crucial as a Sys admin managing over 500 users. The professional, consistent look across the enterprise is invaluable, as managing individual old logos, inconsistent fonts, and contact details was a nightmare before. I also like how Exclaimer ensures every user has a consistent on-brand signature and allows easy modifications across the enterprise.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The template editor in Exclaimer is a bit clunky until you get used to it. While it works well for basic use, keeping track of multiple templates can be a bit cumbersome. There's also a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup, but it's not too difficult.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer ensures consistent on-brand email signatures for every user, making modifications easy across the enterprise. It centralizes control, saving me from chasing users, and maintains a professional look, which was difficult with individual management before.

**Official Response from David Willis:**

> Hi there,

  ### 11. Easy To Centralized Email Management with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kazam I. | Human Resource Assistant ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like the drag and drop editors, and it's the highlight because it allows me to build complex layouts without having to know any HTML or CSS coding. It makes my life easier by automatically pulling employees' details directly from our company directory, so I never have to manually type in names, titles, or phone numbers when we registering email account for new employees.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I find it a bit annoying that the design doesn't always perfectly match how the email actually looks in every specific version of Outlook. It would be a big improvement if they offered more robust testing tools that show exactly how the design renders across all the different mobile email apps.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solves the problem of maintaining a consistent brand image across different devices and allows our marketing team to quickly update banners and contact info, keeping communications sharp and unified.

  ### 12. Streamlined Email Signatures, Impressive Meeting Branding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izfar H. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I find Exclaimer is very effective as a central tool to manage and automate professional email signatures for my company. It integrates directly with Workday to keep employee titles and departments always current. I also use it for meeting branding, which enhances our Zoom and Microsoft Teams video calls by giving each employee a matching and professional virtual background. This feature has resolved the issue of unprofessional video meetings, so I no longer have to worry about employees using a messy home background or outdated logos during important client presentations. Additionally, the initial setup with Exclaimer is straightforward, particularly if you have basic email routing knowledge, and the new registration flow supporting SSO makes it easy to get our team into their portal.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I don't really like is the mobile view because the desktop version is great. But the mobile interface still feels a bit cramped when I'm trying to edit complex things on the go.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to manage and automate email signatures, keeping employee data current by syncing with Workday. It solves mismatched data issues and manual tasks. Meeting branding improves professionalism, eliminating messy home backgrounds on video calls.

  ### 13. Transforms Email Branding with Ease with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muaaz H. | Customer Support Agent Tier ll, Environmental Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I utilize Exclaimer as a centralized cloud-based management suite to control and standardize professional email signatures across my entire organization. It also allows me to design and deploy consistent branding, legal disclaimers, and promotional banners for every email sent, regardless of the device used. Exclaimer has effectively solved the branding chaos that occurred with mismatched fonts and outdated logos by automating signature updates via Azure AD or Google directory integration. I like that signatures are applied at the server level, ensuring the display look perfect on any device, even iPhones or tablets. The drag-and-drop web-based designer is incredibly intuitive, eliminating the need for HTML knowledge to create visually sharp and mobile-responsive signatures. I also appreciate the scheduled campaigns feature, which lets me set start and end dates for marketing banners, allowing banners to automatically disappear after an event is concluded. Exclaimer turns every email into a measurable marketing channel with trackable banners and call-to-action buttons.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There is a slight delay between updating the signature in the portal and seeing it reflected in a live email, which can be stressful waiting for its to change during a rebrand. And, preview limitation, while the designer has the preview mode, it doesn't always perfectly replicate how the signature will render in that mode or certain versions of Outlook, which require a lot of manual testing.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to control and standardize email signatures, solving branding chaos with mismatched fonts, logos, and broken links. It automates updates, removes the IT burden, and turns emails into measurable marketing channels with trackable banners and actions.

  ### 14. Standardizing email appearance across departments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Strategic Communications Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The reason is that the most effective thing to me is that Exclaimer enhances how our organization is portrayed when communicating with people. Emails have become standard and professional, which helps to use a more articulate brand image. The features allow us to have control over various presentation rules as per the team. It has minimized the necessity to continually make changes manually which makes everyday communication feel less volatile and unpredictable.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

One of my weaknesses is that it might take me longer to set up particular rules of email signatures when dealing with more than one department. Although there are numerous features, it is necessary to pay attention to setting everything up correctly. This has influenced my working process as it has made the work more tedious when various groups require different communication forms.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmented communication style between various teams is the primary issue addressed by Exclaimer. Previously, there was no cohesive look of messaging, making it confusing. There is a more organised way of the presentation of messages now. Its characteristics assist in keeping the communication style on track, which has enhanced clarity to external recipients and enhanced intra organizational coordination.

  ### 15. Seamless Email Branding Across Borders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle J. | Area Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really value how Exclaimer maintains brand consistency across multiple countries and domains, which is crucial for our global presence. The ability to roll out promotional banners without any hassle and to automatically revert to original settings when the campaign ends is a standout feature for me—no need for calendar reminders or manual interference. The design capabilities are impressive too; I don't have to be a tech expert or designer to create something professional-looking. Moving from the on-premise version to the cloud was smooth and straightforward. On the rare occasions when I've needed support, primarily with minor admin issues, the customer service has been quick and professional.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that exiting the design screen doesn't take you straight back to the signature list. Two clicks instead of one.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer keeps our email branding consistent across countries and domains, lets us roll out promo banners easily, and ensures professionalism in every message.

  ### 16. Better control over email branding standards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom C. | Brand identity coordinator, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The best part is that it maintains a standard appearance of emails throughout the company. I no longer have to bother with updating individual signatures. There are many features that allow managing appearance and rules, providing a lot of control. It maintains visual consistency in communication and this enhances the way our messages are received. It has eliminated duplication of work and made the day to day communication more structured and upscale.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

A weakness that I have identified is that minor visual changes could be made longer than anticipated. Even the most basic of changes need to be taken through various steps and hence the delay in making fast updates. When only simple edits are required it can be a little cumbersome.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer addresses the issue of mixed presentation of emails among teams. It was used in a different manner across different departments, thus creating an uneven appearance when it came to communication. It all looks the same now and updates can be made without having to be changed individually. This has enhanced the manner in which our organization is projected and also minimized redundant work.

  ### 17. Effortless, On-Brand Email Signatures with Seamless Microsoft 365 Consistency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** P H. | IT Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The WYSIWYG editor makes it super simple to create professional, on-brand email signatures, updates roll-out instantly without relying on end users making changes themselves in Outlook. It works seamlessly with Microsoft 365, ensuring signatures are applied consistently whether emails are sent from a desktop, mobile, or web access.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It can take a bit of time to get familiar with the editor and layout of the tools. The system is really powerful, but some steps aren’t as intuitive as they could be.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solves a long standing problem of inconsistent email signatures across users and devices. Instead of relying on end users to keep their signatures up to date, everything is managed centrally, ensuring branding, contact details, and compliance information are always accurate. It also eliminates the need to update signatures manually whenever staff roles change or marketing campaigns go live.

A big benefit has been Exclaimers customer support. When I had a minor issue, they didn’t just send back a generic email, they actually called me, walked through the problem, and resolved it quickly without any ping pong of emails. That level of service is extremely rare and genuinely refreshing.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thank you for the great review! It's great to hear that we are enabling your brands consistency so well. Please let our support team know if there are any issues you experience and we should be able to help guide you through. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 18. Finally fixed all of our attachments being ugly and the support will even reply

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raja G. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Support answered the phone very quickly which is pretty unusual these days and they helped me when I thought I messed up the install. I was expecting the whole migration to blow up my server, but it did not. And we were having a problem where the signature would show up as a huge attachment in peoples in boxes and Exclaimer took care of that right away. Its working now, and I do not have to think about it.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Every once in awhile the updates take a couple tries before they save and you just have to sit there and wait for them to sync. It is fairly expensive. Specifically, I really dislike that I can not duplicate templates between various tool bars or between various companies. It makes my job as an administrator much more difficult and seems like something that should be a basic feature of this software. The learning curve is acceptable, however the administration interface is somewhat unclear.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am writing this one handed because I hurt my wrist yesterday by moving server racks, therefore the fact that I no longer have to physically go to 60 desks and update their signatures is saving me physical pain. It prevents our emails from getting sent to spam because people are no longer attaching homemade pdf signatures to their email. Marketing is also off my back because the branding is finally the same everywhere internationally without me having to do anything.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Hi Raja, thanks for the great review! We love hearing about positive experiences with our support team - they are the backbone of Exclaimer for sure. We will pass your feedback about our interface onto our Product department and see if we can include any improvements in an upcoming release. Thank you for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 19. The days when we had to use unprofessional email signature are behind us

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg G. | Brand consistency manager, Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The convenience of developing and implementing professional email signatures in our whole organization is tremendous. The template editor used by Exclaimer is user-friendly and enables our marketing team to create attractive signatures with social media applications and dynamic contents such as event banners. Consistency and accuracy are guaranteed by the fact that signatures are automatically updated depending on user properties based on the Active Directory. It does make the management of our outgoing emails very easy.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The template editor is excellent, but more complex layout features are somewhat awkward to apply with the precise intended effect. Occasionally, troubleshooting signature rendering across different email clients can require a bit of trial and error. Additionally, some users may have slight difficulties with integrating with some of the legacy email systems.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a consistent and professional email signature was a manual and error-prone nightmare in maintaining over hundreds of employees, thus creating a disjointed brand image. Exclaimer has now centralized signature management, so that all emails are appropriate to our brand standards. This has enhanced consistency of our brand, lessened IT workload and enabled us to make company-wide announcements easily by embedding them within email signatures.

  ### 20. Effortless Signature Standardization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like the signature flow with Exclaimer, where I can have deep customization of who gets what signature, promotions based on dates, and templates to use. This is especially helpful as some departments email externally, so having promotional items in our signatures for specific people during specific periods is beneficial. I also found the initial setup very easy, and I was able to set it up for two companies.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Sometimes it's difficult to troubleshoot email flow. It's hard to find what happened easily and it could use better visuals and more details on the mail flow for focused testing.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer standardizes signatures, eliminating user errors. I like the deep customization for specific signatures and date-based promotions, especially useful for departments emailing externally.

  ### 21. Streamlined Branding with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesan J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love how Exclaimer lets me approach a new marketing venue to 100 users in seconds, whether they open it on their desktop or iPhone. I really appreciate that there's no need for manual resets or repeated configurations. It also solves the nightmare of inconsistent signatures by allowing me to update a template once and have it assigned instantly across the company, even on mobile phones.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The drop editor can be frustratingly sensitive with spacing.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer ensures consistent branding across emails without manual configuration. It fixed inconsistent signature issues, allowing me to update templates once and apply them globally, even on mobile phones. I can approach marketing quickly, checking if emails are opened without manual interventions.

  ### 22. Effortless Signature Management with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry A. | IT MIS Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I appreciate how Exclaimer centralizes the management of user signatures across our organization, ensuring consistency and compliance by preventing unauthorized modifications. The ease of deploying changes, with updates automatically applied organization-wide, is incredibly efficient. I love the feature-packed and robust template editor; it allows us to craft unique signatures even from scratch, addressing all our customization needs. Deployment flexibility is another significant advantage, as signatures can be applied either on the client side for immediate visibility or server side while messages transit through Exclaimer's servers. This versatility caters to our users' preferences, especially for those who prefer a traditional email signature application in mail apps like Outlook. Mobile compatibility is excellent, with signatures functioning seamlessly on all tested platforms, including Apple iOS and Android. The initial setup was remarkably quick and straightforward, taking less than an hour to prepare everything needed. This facilitated an almost immediate transition to using the new signatures. Moreover, the overall ease of use, broad compatibility, and the features Exclaimer offers convinced us to choose it over other solutions we reviewed. I also appreciate being able to manage email campaigns effectively with a plethora of options for customizing the appearance and scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

So far, I haven't encountered any specific issues or drawbacks with Exclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer ensures consistent, authorized email signatures across my organization, preventing unauthorized modifications and simplifying management. Its robust template editor allows custom modifications, and the deployment options cater to various user needs, enhancing both signature integrity and ease of use.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the amazing review Henry! We really appreciate hearing all the love you have for our service and appreciate you leaving such a positive review. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer!

  ### 23. Great consistent email branding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umberto S. | Communications Lead, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The most favorable aspect of Exclaimer is that it maintains the same standard of email communication throughout the company. In my work all emails are now on brand and polished, regardless of whether it is sent by a sales team, support team, or executive team. The volume of features in updating legal disclaimers, promotion banners and departmental specific information are quite useful.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

A limitation of Exclaimer is that it is time consuming to make advanced customizations to signature content or campaign banners. As part of my duties as the head of marketing activities, I need to go through a number of processes to get the various signatures updated to promotional activities done during different seasons or on new branding exercises.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer addresses the issue of bad branding in the outgoing mail in my day to day work. The employees in various departments used different forms before using it and it was painstaking to maintain compliance with disclaimers. All emails are now automatically signed with correct signature and legal text and campaign banners. The features assigned to assigning signatures to teams or roles allow maintenance of a smooth interior communication and less time is lost by my colleagues in manually checking signatures, which is devoted to other tasks.

  ### 24. It works just as expected and was very pleasant to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine C. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

When I opened the mobile signature on my iPhone for the first time I thought it would be terrible (and honestly, it could've been) but it wasn’t. Now everyone has the same font which is amazing. Prior to that some of our employees had their signatures set to comic sans (horrible). So I guess that’s good. And it pulls names from Active Directory so I don’t have to enter them all myself, which is nice. It works both in the browser and the app and really it’s pretty much just a done deal after I’ve set it.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There is no API which makes it impossible for us to pull data into other applications (we used to do that) and as such we can’t. When someone wants to add their own personal cell phone but not their manager, we have to create an entirely new policy and that’s always slow and painful. The editor is very buggy, and sometimes the text/alignment will shift between my screen and the actual email that sends. Sometimes it takes a little while to see if the changes I made have taken hold and I just end up waiting.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At least the signatures are updating whether people are working from home or not; and I don’t have to spend hours chasing down the 100 employees who need to update their blurred logo images. With Exclaimer, I know they will stay on-brand; and I don’t have to beg the employees to change their signature settings to something consistent which is nice.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great feedback Jasmine! We have forwarded your comments to our Product team to look into, and we appreciate all of your positive comments - thankfully not in comic sans. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 25. Reliable central email signature management with extremely fast support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jörn W. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer works very reliably for us and our customers and delivers exactly what it promises: centralized and uniform management of email signatures. The support is particularly positive - the response times are extremely fast and the staff are competent and solution-oriented. Questions or minor issues are usually resolved within a short time. The integration into Microsoft 365 also went smoothly and without major difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

So far, we have not noticed any major disadvantages. Minor questions about operation and setup could always be quickly resolved by the support team.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Exclaimer, the signatures had inconsistent design and required a high level of manual maintenance. With Exclaimer, we can manage all signatures centrally and roll out changes immediately for all users. This saves time, reduces errors, and ensures a professional and consistent external appearance.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great review! We love hearing such lovely words about our support team - they are the backbone of our business. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 26. Reliable solution for company wide email disclaimers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy A. | Corporate communications manager, Newspapers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer makes our day to day communication professional. Our sales and support teams are no longer concerned with obsolete signatures since we linked it to the Microsoft 365 and automatically synchronized user information. We often use it in our online retailing business to advertise seasonal deals with the help of signature banners. The installation was very simple and updating was not technical. It strengthens brand uniformity and saves us time which we use currently on revenue-oriented activities.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The principal problem with me is that troubleshooting is more technical than you think it should be at times. In the case of conflicting rules or the signatures not functioning as intended in Microsoft 365, it is time consuming to fix it. This has an impact on day to day activities since our sales reps are dependent on continuous signature. The number of features is good, but the complexity may give rise to configuration errors.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, Exclaimer will deal with compliance and branding control. We had to do something to guarantee that legal disclaimers and campaign banners will be shown in all the outgoing emails through outlook. Policies are automatically applied through its integration with Microsoft 365 and this minimises human error. This has enhanced confidence with partners and customers. The frequency of use is fixed, but it does not need a lot of attention.

  ### 27. Clean, Customizable Email Signatures with Helpful Templates and Great Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhav J. | Information Technology Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The available templates are helpful for creating email signatures, and the user interface is clean and well organized. It offers a wide range of design options and lets me create highly customizable signatures. Setup is straightforward, and the documentation is thorough and easy to follow. Overall, it’s an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It’s a solid platform that really improves efficiency. Honestly, I haven’t found anything I dislike about this software so far. It consistently provides the answers I need to move forward with any solution.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform eliminates the need for manual signatures by unifying all employee signatures in one place. Being able to manage email signatures from a single location has been a game changer for optimizing our communication. It’s made it much easier to keep everything consistent by managing signatures through one central platform.

  ### 28. Easy Integration and Effective Promotions with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rocio D. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really enjoy Exclaimer because it makes my day-to-day easier by integrating all my necessary information directly into the email signature, such as my phone, my meeting link, and the rotating banners. The ease of integration that Exclaimer offers is a great advantage, making the process simple and hassle-free, even when used alongside other services like M365. I especially like the rotating banners feature, as it allows us to promote our services and offers effectively. The initial setup process was quick and simple, efficiently handled by our technical department, which allowed us to start using the product without delays. I am delighted with Exclaimer's service, so I do not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and colleagues, and in fact, I give it a score of 10 for my overall satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

For now, I haven't found any disadvantage.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to manage email signatures, ensuring that all my necessary information is present and helping to promote services with rotating banners.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much Rocio! It's awesome to hear all of the great feedback you have using our service. We hope you continue to have a positive experience using our software - thanks for choosing Exclaimer!

  ### 29. Perfect Automatic email signature and banding Platform- since I am using from 2 years.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreekrishna T. | IT Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The features that can be applied in groups & individually, and synced across multiple tenants. Creating the templates is very familiar, and If got confused. I can contact support directly, and they respond quickly.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

So Far all good for me, just a couple of months before I renewed the license.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For sure, it is beneficial because when there is a new joiner and any new signature in my organization, I don't need to ask the design team to create a new signature. I just need to update the user directory correctly, and the data will be fetched automatically in Exclaimer's stamp templates. It saves our time and resources.

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

> Hi Shreekrishna,

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear that the integration with Google Workspace has been smooth and that you find Exclaimer user-friendly and effective. We appreciate your feedback regarding the issue with signatures not appearing in sent items—this is something we’ll look into further. It’s great to know that Exclaimer is saving you time and streamlining the process of updating signatures for new team members.

Best,

Exclaimer

  ### 30. Flexible, Professional Signatures with Effortless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | Group IS Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really like the flexibility of the platform. The ability to have multiple signatures applied to emails depending on a multitude of different factors. We can apply a sales promo just to specific people for a set period of time and it reverts back to the default signature once that time has elapsed.

The design options are impressive. Very professional signatures can be applied without much technical or design experience.

The initial set up was done a lot of years ago, but was straight forward and as long as you can follow the easy instructions, it can be done in minutes. We migrated from the on-prem solution which we had used for a lot of years and found the cloud offering to give us better and simpler integration.

When I have logged a ticket for what has only been minor issues around admin access, the response has been quick and professional. I cannot complain about it at all.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think this will speak volumes when I reveal that my only dislike is that when exiting the signature design screen, I don't get an option to exit the screen back to the signature list. I am forced to click 2 buttons instead of just 1. Shocking! 😁

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate in multiple countries across multiple domains. Managing this without Exclaimer would be a massive headache. Exclaimer allows us to present a professional coordinated image through our emails wherever they are sent from.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the five stars Tim! It's so great to hear that you've had such a positive experience using our service, and we love knowing our support team was so helpful. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 31. Simplification and Efficiency in Corporate Signatures

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebeca S. | Cloud Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love how simple it is to design spectacular and fully functional signatures with Exclaimer. With just a few clicks, I can get the design I want, and the tool offers optimal results by adding images, fonts, and colors to the signatures. I admire how Exclaimer establishes a consistent signature that takes care of my company's brand image, ensuring that all emails are signed correctly. I am also impressed that the initial setup of Exclaimer is incredibly simple, taking me only a few minutes. Additionally, I appreciate the seamless integration with M365, which makes it easy to use alongside other tools. For all these reasons, I rate Exclaimer a 10 on a recommendation scale, as we haven't found any other tool that works better.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only thing I would improve about Exclaimer is the lack of a usage report in the console, which would make it easier to know which emails are being signed.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer guarantees a consistent signature to protect my company's brand image and ensures that all emails are correctly signed. It is easy to use and allows me to design spectacular and functional signatures with ease.

**Official Response from David Willis:**

> Hi Rebeca,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear we've made email signature management so simple and efficient for your company over the last three years.

Your feedback on our platform’s simplicity, versatility, and quick implementation is truly valued, and we’re proud to know it’s meeting your needs so well.

All the best,
Exclaimer

  ### 32. Beautiful, Flexible Email Signature Templates with Easy Multi-Signature Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Armand B. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The signature design is very appealing, I like managing multiple signatures from a single location. I love that you can have all the links you need, and the signature design templates are excellent as well. It offers a lot of freedom to manage the signature design, and I love being able to have a personalized email signature.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Occasionally, the system was down for maintenance without any notification, and the search function ca be a bit unreliable. I wish there were more filters for syncing across different platforms.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a consistent look across all emails, making it easier for employees to project a professional image. It also supports a cohesive brand identity, offers a highly intuitive user experience with a comprehensive set of tools, and helps increase brand visibility.

  ### 33. Reliable email signature management for growing teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donatan S. | Marketing operations senior manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The main thing I would like to mention regarding Exclaimer is the brand consistency that it imposes. With our e-commerce sales force, it is integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD to have the contact information updated automatically. That eliminates manual edits and maintains signatures. The deployment itself was simplified as expected, and since we are sending hundreds of emails every day, the frequency of use is infinite. I appreciate the inbuilt marketing applications that can enable us to include banners to aid product promotions.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Its biggest weakness is the rule management. Having various departments, the different templates within the Microsoft 365 had to be set up meticulously. Although it has numerous features, one is not always able to find certain options. Due to our dependence on it on a daily basis, any error in its setups affects emails sent instantly. The rollout phase required additional consideration to prevent signature disparities between teams.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer fixes our lack of signature control. Previously, different teams used different formats, which looked unprofessional. By connecting with Microsoft 365, Exclaimer pulls accurate data and applies the right template automatically. That improves brand trust in our e-commerce business. Since we email customers daily, the impact is noticeable. It removes manual work and ensures new hires have correct details from day one.

  ### 34. Easily maintain consistent branding with Exclaimer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhup V. | Senior Technical Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer to control our team email signatures and have the same one for everyone across all departments. And my favorite part is that I can make brand templates (once) and suddenly everyone’s output isn’t all over the place with different fonts and logos in different places and no more chasing people for their brand script. I can also update company wide disclaimers or promos banners in a few clicks which saves me tons of time.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Their dashboard is quite hard to use when I’m editing signature designs especially if I want to change advanced things like spacing or aligning the layout. Most of the time when I am posting a new template or design, syncing with Outlook takes forever and I have to re-sync and wait for it to cycle through before my post is live. But it could be a lot faster (though even if not, that’s probably not a deal breaker).

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having team members who represent your company with poorly or unprofessionally formatted email signatures can be a source of irritation and this is where Exclaimer alleviates this issue. Now all our emails reflect our branding consistently and the professionalism and reliability our emails can be counted as traits of our company.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thank you for the positive review Madhup! We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the consistency our service can provide and efficient to update. We will pass this feedback onto our Product team and hope our future improvements help with your usability. Thank you for choosing Exclaimer!

  ### 35. Centralized Signature Management with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon H. | Infrastructure Manager, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like that Exclaimer automatically adds centrally managed signatures on mail-enabled mobile devices and web access mail, which saves time and is more convenient than managing them manually. I most like that it's a single place to manage signatures company-wide, which is key as our company expands globally. The deployment process was quite easy, especially with guidance from our MSP, and transitioning our email templates to Exclaimer was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I find the interface could be better. The popups prompting to save work are a bit intrusive, and an asterisk to indicate unsaved work would be preferable. Also, it's mildly annoying that I have to go back to the main menu to switch between signature groups; an easier navigation would be welcomed.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer automatically adds centrally managed signatures to emails on mobile devices and web access mail, saving us time and hassle previously spent managing them manually.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the five stars Jon! It's great to hear that you find our system efficient as we really strive to provide that service. We have passed your feedback onto our Product team to consider, but please contact our Support team if you run into any technical issues. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 36. Took the final step away from manually copying and pasting into outlook

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

To be honest, I'm just glad it will send the updates to everyone when I click save. In the past we used to have staff copying & pasting stuff from Word, then our signature formatting would get messed up with multiple font sizes. Now everything sync's with active directory, so if I update a Phone # in AD it automatically updates in the signature w/o me needing to talk to someone. The biggest thing for me is that it is reliable and that is all I ask for.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Getting the azure permission set up done was a little difficult and time consuming than I anticipated. Every once in a while when using the web version of outlook, I will see a very small flicker (less than a second) before the signature appears. We did have an issue where Images were not showing up on Macs for a few days and that gave me a ton of stress with the Directors.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we went through a brand refresh, we needed the new logo everywhere immediately. In the past, I would have to email out instructions that no one would read. Now I can manage it right from the Browser and know that the Legal Disclaimer and Branding are correct for everyone. This helps prevent me from having to fix broken HTML that non-technical staff are putting together.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great feedback! Happy to hear that we managed to fix your formatting issues - we are big fans of efficiency. We know running into issues is not ideal, but we value our great support team so if you experience any difficulties, please get in touch and we will aim to get you a fix ASAP. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 37. Unified Branding with Exclaimer - It’s That Easy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian W. | CEO and Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I leverage Exclaimer to ensure every staff member at our company has a good, professional looking and consistent email signature. It’s saved me a ton of time and I can make one design, send it to Microsoft 365 and push it out to everyone within minutes. I even use it to schedule tiny banner campaigns beneath the signatures which has been a great way for promoting webinars and product launches without having to rely on marketing send their own separate emails.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Occasionally syncing new users or groups from Active Directory can take longer than I’d prefer and I’ve had to verify a time or two that everyone’s details are showing up as they should. The web interface could also be a little smoother when editing signature layouts and especially around fine tuning spacing or HTML. Other than that it’s pretty much set-and-forget once you’re running.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Exclaimer, our group’s email signatures were all over the place and had completely different fonts, no job title listed and outdated contact info. Now everything appears on-brand and consistent across all devices even mobile. It’s also provided marketing with a simple pipeline for running company wide banner campaigns without having to pester IT.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Hello Brian! Thank you for the great review and we are glad to hear that you find our service consistent and easy to use. We are working on continuous improvements to our software and we will make sure this gets passed along to our Product team. Thank you for choosing Exclaimer!

  ### 38. Centralised Signature Management Saves Time, but the Experience needs improvement.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan M. | Senior IT Engineer, Medical Devices, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Centrally managing signatures can be really helpful and can save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The UI is very frustrating, and the built-in features feel like they’re almost there but not quite right.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centrally managed email signatures let you edit once and deploy to large groups of users, which saves time and effort when it’s done right.

  ### 39. Consistent and professional email branding without the regular stress

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry S. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer is great for managing all company email and signature and has saved me a lot of time and since the initial setup, I can leave all the signatures and branding along with disclaimers to update automatically every time someone sends an email from any device. Letting me push changes to the entire company in a matter of minutes is a game changer because I don’t have to chase people around to update info.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It required some patience for me initially. The first connection with Microsoft 365 also required some troubleshooting. I have also found that updates to user information and even new signature templates take time to update and this can disorient me when I need to make changes that are time sensitive. The web editor also leaves me wanting because it occasionally wreaks havoc with the formatting when I am trying to refine the design.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exclaimer every employee managed their own signature, which created design inconsistencies, missing legal disclaimers and a great deal of wasted time for the IT department. I can now implement changes so quickly because the process is so consistent. I no longer have to handle the repetitive administrative tasks and this has also helped improve the morale of both the marketing and compliance departments.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Hello Dmitry, thank you for the positive review and feedback. We have passed this on to our Product team as feedback to see if there is anything we can do to make this easier to use.

Thank you for choosing Exclaimer!

  ### 40. Maintaining polished communication finally can be in every message

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay D. | IT Systems Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The thing that I like the most about Exclaimer is that it offers control over the way our company presents itself by email. I visit it everyday to ensure that contact information, logos and disclaimers are never misplaced. This is because the scheduling feature enables campaigns or seasonal changes to be preplanned and thus minimizes repetition of manual work and a professional standard of all communications is maintained. It has ensured that email communication is reliable and consistent throughout the organization.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer may prove to be oppressive in including sophisticated graphics or regional differences in signatures. There are possible design decisions that entail additional steps or workaround, increases deployment time. This has at times slowed down the marketing efforts and has involved greater liaison between the departments to ensure the branding and disclaimers were similar throughout the emails.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exclaimer, emails used to be inconsistently branded or lacked disclaimers based on the sender. At this point, all messages are automatically formatted according to company standards and this is advantageous to clients and inner teams. I use it every day, and it has helped to avoid many errors, lessen redundant labor and to make sure that all the external communications are professional in every way possible.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Hi Ajay! Thanks so much for the positive review, it's great to hear your finding all of our features so useful - efficiency has always been our goal at Exclaimer. If there are any suggestions/issues that you would like us to implement, then please send us a ticket and we can get this visible to our Product department. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

**Reviewed by:** Ismael D. | Senior Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love the template designs, and I was able to choose from several different formats. It has many excellent features that have helped us increase brand exposure. It also allows administrators to control and optimize signatures, and the signature design is very attractive.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I found it easy to use, and I have no complaints about the product. It's an amazing app, there's nothing I don't like about it. I haven't had any problems with Exclaimer, it's easy and simple to use.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the integration with my calendar very useful, and it also lets us customize signatures for different departments. This greatly simplifies the administrator’s work by making it quick and easy to create email signatures. It also gives us the flexibility to update our signatures whenever needed.

  ### 42. Easy Signature Standardization with Powerful Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donat A. | Security Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The platform makes signature standardization easy, and I really like how simple it is to implement. Updates and adjustments can be made without much effort, and the setup process is clear, straightforward, and easy to follow. I also love the level of customization Exclaimer offers, with a wide range of personalization options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It has proven to be an invaluable tool, the product itself is very well designed. At this point, I can't think of anything I don't like about it, honestly, I haven't had any problems yet.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool simplifies email signature management by extracting information directly from the directory. It allowed us to create a standardized appearance for each user, streamlining the signature adjustment process. It greatly facilitated the implementation of an email signature.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks for the five stars Donat! We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 43. Effortless Legal Compliance Across All Emails with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxim K. | Compliance Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I appreciate that everyone, from sales to support, now includes the updated legal disclaimer in their emails. With Exclaimer, I can set it up just once, and it automatically applies to all outgoing emails, even those sent from mobile devices. This gives me peace of mind, knowing that we are legally protected. That's what I really value about Exclaimer.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The company sometimes presents inaccurate information, which can lead to friction between departments.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution has proven to be excellent so far, helping to standardize our company's image and ensuring that we remain compliant with regulations and legal guidelines for electronic communication. It has made our processes more efficient and has become an essential tool for us.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great review Maxim! Our compliance benefits are an underrated benefit so it is great to hear from someone in compliance such as yourself. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 44. Client-Independent Signatures with Powerful Data Variables

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Choey Z. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like the client independence. As a developer, I detest plugins, and with Exclaimer I don’t have to worry if a client sends emails from an additional source. Exclaimer’s backend intercepts the HTML at the end of the email load, and that’s it—I really like that approach. I also love the data variable feature, which handles data as objects, and the system retrieves it from the company’s database.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Sometimes the visual editor creates an elbow that ends up looking like spaghetti, and when something breaks, it’s very difficult to fix.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Exclaimer is excellent, and my experience with it has been very positive. It helps solve problems like using a template engine for the output flow, coding the connection, synchronizing UI objects, and delivering the keys to the design team—and it all works very well.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks for the great feedback! We love hearing that our set up is what you were looking for - that's amazing to hear. If there are any design difficulties that you are facing, feel free to contact our support team who'll gladly help you out. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 45. It's reliable signature management for daily emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seif A. | Marketing operations manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Centralized signature management is the greatest benefit of Exclaimer to me. I use it on a regular basis, and the fact that it integrates with Microsoft 365 implies that updates are made in the background. Nobody requires instructions or reminder. It maintains email correspondence, which is professional and beneficial to the business image. It is one of those tools that can streamline the workflow and even people will not realize that it exists.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only thing that I dislike about Exclaimer is that the editor is restricted as far as layouts are concerned. Implementation was also time consuming in learning the real working of rules. That slackened it and a couple of wrong signatures were sent out. Correction of those errors presented an additional burden and a bit of confusion within the company, particularly at the beginning.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer addresses the problem of inconsistent and out of date email signatures. Prior to it, individuals were forgetting the updates or were using older formats. All this is now centrally controlled and this saves time and eliminates mistakes. It enhances my day to day working life by eliminating manual work and maintaining a professional communication that does not involve continuous checking.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the five stars Seif! It's great to hear you find so much value in our service and love knowing that you have an easy time streamlining everything. If you experience any issues in the future, please raise them with our support team and they can guide you through getting it fixed. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

  ### 46. Customizable email signature solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd C. | Director Network Services and Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Interface is pretty easy to use. Support is quite helpful and will hope on remote sessions to troubleshoot issues when they arise.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It can be a little difficult to build the signatures. Fortunately, once built, they dont really get updated.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardized signatures across the enterprise present a level of professionalism

**Official Response from David Willis:**

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle Q. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really like that Exclaimer is super easy to use once it is set up with our active directory. The process of inputting information is straightforward, and it effortlessly flows into each employee's email signature. The system is user-friendly when it comes to updating information. If I need to change out a logo or add a seasonal message, like a Christmas greeting, on the email signature, it's incredibly simple to do so. I appreciate this level of ease and customization that Exclaimer provides.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I can not think of anything at the moment.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to ensure consistent email signatures across all branches, creating a cohesive brand. It helps remain compliant by including necessary information like NMLS numbers for loan officers.

  ### 48. Straightforward Setup and a Single Dashboard for Consistent, Professional Signatures

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry C. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really appreciate how straightforward the initial setup was, and how easy it is to manage our email signatures afterward. It’s great having a single dashboard where we can manage the template and keep everyone’s email signatures up to date. I also love that it helps us implement professional-looking signatures consistently.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The tool has been completely reliable since we started using it, and it works exactly as expected. It’s updated regularly, and I really like the way it handles those updates. I have absolutely no complaints.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It delivers consistent, reliable performance and keeps our email signatures uniform. Managing and deploying email signatures has made a complete difference for us. We’ve also been impressed by the speed and flexibility it offers.

  ### 49. 10 Years of Trust in signatures: Why We Love Exclaimer’s Cloud Signature Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer offers an intuitive and user-friendly web interface with a wide range of options and features. One of my favorite capabilities is the conditional visibility setting, which allows fields to be displayed based on criteria such as department, country, city, job title, and more.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that when users draft emails in the non-Outlook mobile app (mail or any other email app), they can’t preview their signature in the email body. However, the signature is still applied by the server when the email is sent.

**Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:**

Make sure all your user attributes are update in Active Directory and correctly synchronized to the Azure Active Directory.
You can also manually perform synchronization from exclaimer's web admin portal. Once sync is ready, simple test by typing any of the user's email address to preview how the signature will look like for that user.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer addresses the challenge of inconsistent, manually managed email signatures by offering a centralized, automated platform that guarantees consistent branding, legal compliance, and a professional look across all devices and email clients. For IT admins, it simplifies by removing the need for individual user's custom signature needs, reducing mail flow and SPF-related errors, and it seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365.

**Official Response from David Willis:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you have been using Exclaimer for so long and that you still love using the product.

Also thank you for your feedback on the mobile Outlook app side of things. Our Outlook Add-in does offer comprehensive client-side capabilities. It is constantly being improved upon so if you're not already using, we recommend you try it today.

Thank you again for your review and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Best wishes,

Exclaimer

  ### 50. Intuitive Signature Builder Makes Creation Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Büroangestellter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The best Feature is definitely the signature builder. It's very intuitive and easy to handle. Compared to other Signature Tools you can easily build your own Signature even without prior knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Sometimes when you use different colors, the text field bugs out and you have to remake the field for it to accept the new color.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it is a central management tool for all your signatures, you never have to worry about your employees using incorrect or outdated signatures again. You can create multiple signatures so that, for example, each department has its own. It is also very easy to assign a different signature to employees. With the advanced rules, you can configure everything even further.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great review! It's great to hear that you find our service easy to use. We have passed your feedback on to the relevant department and thanks for choosing Exclaimer!
