I want to say that is easy to setup and also easy to troubleshoot when you need to investigate if emails were successfully sent or not. **What do you dislike about MailEnable?** I have no dislikes. Cause from my point of view everything worked smoothly while I used this product. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailEnable helped me to have an easy to use mail product for the company I worked. ### 4. It's a good tool for begginers to experiment with their own mail cloud solution. **What do you dislike about MailEnable?** The installation may not work out of the box. Some iis or windows roles may need to be added/configured beforehand. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it to setup a company mail system. I benefited from an easy setup that connected with our AD. At the time aditional tools were necessary like a better spam filter. ### 8. Has a feature of spam prevention that block and filter the spam thus allowing one never receive junk emails Allow one to redesign the look and the feel of your web mail since you can customize your own look by changing the color ,font ,adding company logo to you web mail,backgrounds etc. Contain a list server that enable one to subscribe and unsubscribe to a list which is an online discussion group or information mail out where emails are sent out to all the members **What do you dislike about MailEnable?** I have not experienced any challenge when using MailEnable tool,am able to meet all my needs. **Recommendations to others considering MailEnable:** Excellent tool for mail service,am confident recommending one to acquire. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailEnable provide a platform that enhance and increases productivity of our work in our company,has best feature that facilitate ease of communication by making the mailing process fast,accessible,customizable and simple to use ### 10. Some of the advanced capabilities you can find: Cloud Storage (WebDAV Support), Server Storage, SMS Connector, XCLIENT SMTP Extension, LDAP Service, Mobile Web Administration. **What do you dislike about MailEnable?** The software is easy to install, but is not intuitive to configure. You need some technical skills and knowledge to configure it in the right way. The graphic interface could improve too. The premium licenses are a bit expensive. **Recommendations to others considering MailEnable:** Just buy it if you need the advanced features that mailEnable offer. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is not a basic mail manager, if you need advanced features this is the rigth software. ### 11. I used my certificate authority on the PDC to mint the SSL cert for the MailEnable webmail interface. The software is easy to manage and maintain however spam filtering is a challenge. **What do you dislike about MailEnable?** Archiving is a bit of an issue as well. Mailenable allows you to archive all incoming and outgoing email. However, it takes a lot of room and stores it by dated folder on the server UNCOMPRESSED. It can also only be sent to an existing mailbox. **Recommendations to others considering MailEnable:** I highly recommend MailEnable for small to a medium business environment. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I provide web development and hosting for my clients, and have been using MailEnable for a number of years now to provide those users with email capabilities for their sites. It is a fantastic piece of software which is incredibly easy to install and allows you to have a mail server up and running in no time. ### 12. What it does have in spam is very basic and misses probably around 50% of spam. There is also allot of false positives as well. The MAPI connector is also very problematic. I currently have about 20 users using it and each one has had a problem at one point in time or another, the problems are always different as well. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailEnable ties into Active Directory and OutLook is an easy connection to make. Very functional to see multiple things open on one screen without having to open/close tabs to see other information. **What do you dislike about MailEnable?** With the advance in other email programs, I feel this is a little behind, really. Other platforms can do the exact same thing at the exact same level, or higher sometimes. **What problems is MailEnable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to see and organize emails from different lenders as I needed, specific to each client. ### 17.
