However, this isn't true. Their "Pro" plan costs $120 annually and all you are able to create is ONE privacy policy and ONE terms of use for ONE website. When I contacted the company pointing out this fatal flaw in their advertising, they stated that pricing changes were made in February 2019 to limit Pro Plans and Pro+ Plans to only one website. This change was never announced or shared with the public – not even on their pricing page (https://app.termly.io/user/products). My claim was forwarded to their "higher management," whose best remedy for the situation was to just update the wording on their website instead of, you know, fulfill their promise as a SaaS company. Overall, it was an embarrassing display of customer service. **Recommendations to others considering Termly:** Avoid this service. If you saw it through Google Ads, it's because they shouldn't show up organically. Find a cheaper solution. **What problems is Termly solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
