We started using Exclaimer internally and loved it so much that we started offering it to our clients. At last count we had over 3000 mailboxes being handled by Exclaimer. The ability to have the signatures created and attached automatically from Microsoft 365/G Suite data is key. This allows for the distribution of signatures among the entire company, including having modified signatures (formatting, additional info, etc.) for various different groups as well. Marketing can have a blurb added to the bottom of the signatures that promotes an upcoming event or Sales can have a blurb added about a sale coming up. The options are endless really.

Das UI auf der Webseite zum Erstellen von Signaturen und Vorlagen empfinde ich manchmal als etwas zu restriktiv. Bei einem vergleichbaren Anbieter ist der Signatur-Editor deutlich freier in der Gestaltung, dafür aber auch schwieriger zu bedienen. Wenn man einmal verstanden hat, wie der Editor von Exclaimer funktioniert, ist er hingegen einfach zu nutzen – im Grunde wie ein Baukasten.

Nicht ganz zufrieden bin ich außerdem mit den Ladezeiten der Outlook-App und damit, dass sie bei Mitarbeitenden manchmal „verschwindet“ und dann nicht mehr in Outlook zu finden ist. The UI is fantastic, easy to use and easy to understand, so I can quickly navigate to what I need to accomplish. I also really like that the support is human. They’ve always been quick to respond and are willing to meet with you to work through more complicated issues. Email signatures across an organization are generally a challenge, and the fact that Exclaimer costs less than many competitors is definitely a positive. Exclaimer is the industry standard for email signature management software in its class. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and regular updates continue to make the platform even easier to use.

The integration with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem significantly simplifies the onboarding of new customers to the platform, as well as the ongoing management of their users.

The price of the solution has increased over time, but at this point it still remains reasonable considering the functionality and value it provides.

Support is fast and responsive. Overall, however, we have rarely experienced issues with Exclaimer itself. Most problems have been related to Microsoft services, which are unfortunately known to experience occasional service disruptions and technical issues.

I would recommend Exclaimer to any company with more than 50 employees. Once an organization reaches that size, managing email signatures consistently across all users can become increasingly difficult. It’s a very easy system to learn and use. Performance has been excellent, and we very rarely need to raise support tickets for faults. Pricing is very fair compared with competitors, and onboarding is simple and flexible, so it can be tailored to your business needs.

Setup was very straightforward. You simply log in, connect your Microsoft 365 accounts and follow the step-by-step process.

Whenever we have had an issue, Exclaimer's support has been brilliant. The FAQs are well written, and the AI chatbot uses them effectively to provide intuitive help with simpler issues. If the AI cannot resolve the problem, it escalates the case to a support technician. The support team has consistently gone above and beyond with every ticket we have raised, making it a very pleasant experience.

Some parts of the signature builder can be frustrating. Padding controls are tricky to understand, while image resizing can be laggy. More guidance on using correctly sized hosted images would help, as resizing within the editor can cause display issues when signatures are appended to emails. They’re a genuinely helpful company, and the product just works. You can set it and forget it, or tweak it regularly as needed. The signatures apply reliably based on the rules you set, and there’s advanced functionality available to support whatever signature conformity you require. The UI can feel a bit odd to start, but is easy to use. The product integrates seamlessly into email systems, including M365 and Email Security Gateway products. Pricing is competitive. There isn’t much to complain about. A few of the editing functions can feel a bit clunky—for example, menus can reset their context when you change views. It would be helpful if, when you’re adjusting Visibility settings or Padding across multiple fields, that section stayed “in focus” as you switch between sections.
