Exclaimer Cloud Signature helps standardised email signatures, they keep on adding new features, most recently they added the standard disclaimer which was not there earlier and I had copy paste disclaimers across a couple of signatures. While their support is good, it is just that they do not provide a refund in the middle of the subscription period if the company gets downsized. We continue to pay for what we do not use. The revise license can take effect only during the upcoming annual renewal. I would like them to provide a pro rated refund if we hae to downsize the licenses. Our firm is a long standing Exclaimer customer. We used the server-hosted product for many years whilst hosting all out mailboxes on Exchange Server on Premises. Whilst it is not really a concern for me, I am aware that Exclaimer provides all the features that our customer facing departments require in our standardised signatures, and similar options from Microsoft and Mimecast simply did not meet up to expectations. We use Hybrid On-Prem Exchange Online with DLP compliance features, PGP Encryption Server and Mimecast as an eternal relay. Ensuring that mail is routed appropriately for each scenario whilst ensuring Exclaimer is always an overhead with mail tasks.
