# Our ICT partner said they wouldn't advise us to use the local Outlook client.

Our ICT partner said they wouldn't advise us to use the local Outlook client.  He said it's unstable and has downsides. Would you agree?

If you can avoid the agent then its much easier to manage.  The only issues we have ever had with exclaimer relate to the agent.
