## About Exclaimer
Exclaimer is an email signature management platform designed to help organizations maintain consistent, compliant, and commercially effective email signatures across all communications. This solution is particularly beneficial for IT teams, marketing departments, and HR and legal professionals, as it centralizes control over email signatures, ensuring that company-wide communications remain on-brand and compliant without requiring ongoing administrative effort. As organizations grow, managing email signatures manually can become increasingly challenging. Exclaimer addresses this issue by integrating directly with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and on-premises Microsoft Exchange. The platform automatically syncs with the organization's directory, ensuring that email signatures are updated seamlessly when employees join, leave, or change roles. This automation eliminates the need for manual updates, significantly reducing inconsistencies across the organization. Signatures are applied server-side via Microsoft Azure before emails are sent, which means users do not need to take any action. Additionally, an optional Outlook Add-In allows employees to view their email signature while composing messages, without altering how signatures are applied. Exclaimer offers role-based access controls (RBAC), enabling IT departments to delegate management of campaigns and banners to other departments, such as marketing or HR, while retaining control over the core signature template. This functionality minimizes support requests and reduces dependency on a central team for every update. Employees can also update their personal details, including contact information and working hours, through a self-service portal, further streamlining the process and reducing the burden on IT. For marketing teams, Exclaimer transforms every email into a potential marketing touchpoint. Users can create and manage signature campaigns that feature rotating banners and tailored messages for different employee groups, utilizing attributes pulled from the organization's CRM or directory. Built-in analytics provide insights into campaign performance at the email signature level, facilitating A/B testing of creative elements and calls to action. Integration with popular CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, allows engagement data to be incorporated into the organization's broader reporting framework. Moreover, Exclaimer ensures automated compliance by applying legal disclaimers and compliance statements according to predefined rules. This guarantees that every outbound email meets legal requirements, regardless of the sender's device or personal settings, thereby aligning legal and IT departments without the need for manual oversight. Beyond email signatures, Exclaimer also manages video meeting backgrounds for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, applying on-brand visuals to video calls from the same platform. With over 20 years of experience in email signature management, Exclaimer is trusted by more than 80,000 organizations across 150+ countries, offering governance controls, compliance tooling, and a robust support model that caters to both small teams and large enterprises.

## Exclaimer Reviews
 ### 1. Drag-and-Drop Signatures That Save Time, with Smooth Microsoft 365 Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalini P. | Project Coordinator & Quality Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The drag and drop signature building has worked out pretty well. No longer need to run around to each desk to correct font issues. Also connects with Microsoft 365. Glad it doesn't crash often. Less of a hassle for me. Also I've been sitting on the couch all day after work so I'm doing this fast on my laptop because I'm falling asleep.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Sometimes it will take literally hours for new signatures to be seen by everyone after hitting "save". Outlook Add-in will freeze/spin occasionally; then customers call/complain to me about it. Support team is somewhere in the world at an odd time zone so replies take ages. Too tired to mess with slow technical support. Plus the Virtual Business Card template designs were very limited.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It prevents people from creating poorly made email signatures. I simply include the Company Logo & Contact Information in the signature for all employees through my account. We place Event Banner's on the bottom as well. Don't have to train anyone how to use it.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Shalini!

We're glad that you are enjoying the drag and drop signature building and the Microsoft 365 integration. We hear you on the signatures update. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb.

 ### 2. Low-Maintenance Email Signatures with Instant Active Directory Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey K. | Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love that i don’t have to go machine by machine to send an email signature to every employee. The changes like Title or phone number are immediate since it’s pulling from Active Directory. It's really low maintenance and i was thrilled it did not fail us during our recent brand change.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There is nothing worse than trying to use the drag-and-drop editor for creating perfect alignment of images and text boxes. Also, if you try to upload a normal picture of yourself as a head shot, it will always appear huge and distorted unless you size down the original image file before uploading.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer keeps my employees from using their own outdated logos and ugly font choices. It has standardized both our disclaimer and branding across all desktop and mobile versions of Outlook so we now present ourselves professionally. This means marketing can now run banner campaigns without requiring it to open up ticket requests for emails.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Corey, thanks for your feedback!

We're glad to hear that you find Exclaimer's integration with Active Directory and low maintenance features beneficial for your organization. We understand your concerns about the drag-and-drop editor and image sizing, and we appreciate your feedback. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 3. Set It Once, Reach Everyone: Handy Banner Scheduling for Seasonal Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Before this we had to hassle them every time they wanted to change anything. We set it up once and it will go out to all employees. Banner scheduling is very useful too. You can assign start and stop dates for seasonal campaigns. When your season comes to an end, it automatically changes back to the standard banner.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It has been my experience that the backend was designed by people who enjoy scrolling through endless lists. There isn’t a way to visually see which banners are being used where. Additionally, when assigning banners and then finding that some users did not receive the correct banner you have to dig through the system again to try to figure out why.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using this product, our emails looked however the individual employee wanted their email to look. With this product now, every employee’s email appears consistent (as configured), yet each employee still gets to customize their email configuration independently from others. In addition to turning the signature into something consistently presentable, this product allows us to utilize the email as a form of advertising.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that Exclaimer has helped you maintain consistent, professional email signatures and simplify banner campaign management, and we appreciate your feedback on banner visibility and assignment troubleshooting as we continue to improve the administration experience.

 ### 4. Centralized Email Signature Solution with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Systems Administrator, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like using Exclaimer to manage all our email signatures centrally from one place. It's great that it's tied into our Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, so signatures automatically update with the correct job titles, phone numbers, and contact details. I love that once it's set up, the system more or less runs itself. It's great to make a single change and have it roll out to everyone automatically. This set-and-forget control is exactly what I need after a busy day. Moreover, being able to push a fresh campaign banner to the whole team in one go is highly efficient. I also appreciate that the signature stays consistent across desktop, web, or mobile emails, which is crucial in our small agency. The role-based access is another feature I like, allowing our marketing lead to update banner campaigns without needing full admin control.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The previews are my main gripe. What I see in the editor doesn't always match what lands in the recipient's inbox, so I end up applying a design and firing a test email to myself just to be sure, which drags things out. Navigating the admin area trips me up too, since I'm only in there occasionally, I find myself hunting for the same settings each time, simply because I don't use it enough to remember where they live.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to centralize our email signature management, ensuring consistent branding without manual updates. It integrates with my Microsoft 365 to auto-update info and lets me roll out campaigns swiftly, maintaining a professional image across devices.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Paul!

Thanks for leaving your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Exclaimer has been instrumental in centralizing your email signature management and integrating seamlessly with Microsoft 365. We hear your feedback about the previews.

 ### 5. Effortless Email Signature Management, Needs Better CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi S. | Project Manager, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer to manage all the organization's email signatures because it's so easy to use in a single dashboard. It's incredibly useful because when the company launches a new campaign or changes its email address, the change is immediately reflected in all emails, which is fantastic. I appreciate the consistency as I don't have to email the teams asking them to update their signatures or check if someone is using an outdated version of our logo. I love it because Exclaimer works well, and the signature editor is so intuitive that anyone on the design team can upload their designs. The signature editor has been a great help because it manages the brand at a large scale, and my time is limited, so I can't be on top of whether someone used Arial instead of Helvetica. It turns email into a constant and silent marketing tool, maximizing the visibility of our projects without the team wasting time editing anything.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It would be great if they improved the integration with CRMs, since Excel tells me how many clicks a signature link received, but that data is stored in isolation, and to find out if that click resulted in a customer, I have to manually check the data in Excel. The initial setup was a challenge, but the results were worth it.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to manage email signatures easily, ensuring consistent branding across our team. It turns email into a marketing tool without wasted time and ensures all updates are reflected instantly, reducing constant administrative tasks.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Aditi, we're glad to hear that you find Exclaimer's email signature management easy to use and that it has been a great help in maintaining consistent branding across your organization. We appreciate your feedback about the CRM integration.

 ### 6. Secure, Intuitive Signature Editor—But Outlook Logo Rendering Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeeshan A. | Internal Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I found fantastic is the security and peace of mind it offers. The system guarantees, with absolute precision, that each signature reaches exactly the intended recipient. It also automatically detects changes between personal accounts and shared mailboxes, which adds another layer of reassurance by preventing identity errors. Finally, the drag-and-drop editor is extremely intuitive, letting you create professional signatures quickly and easily, without unnecessary clicks.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

A critical limitation is the lack of visual consistency in clients like Outlook, where logos often appear blurry or distorted. This loss of quality compromises the professionalism of the email and can create distrust in the recipient. This is an area that definitely requires technical improvement to ensure more stable and robust performance.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excleimer has been incredibly useful. Since its implementation, the time savings have been dramatic for both me and my employees, because it completely eliminates the need to manually update signatures. The result is dynamic, visually flawless signatures.

The platform also stands out for its security and the peace of mind it provides: there’s absolute precision in ensuring each signature reaches the correct recipient, and it automatically detects account changes to help prevent errors.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Zeeshan, thank you for sharing your feedback for our secure and intuitive signature editor.
We understand your concerns about the Outlook logo rendering and will strive to enhance this aspect for a better user experience.
If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 7. Centralized Signature Control Across Every Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Léon H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like that Exclaimer keeps our email signatures consistent across very different teams, from the field reps who email doctors and chemists daily to the export team corresponding with overseas partners. The central control is what makes it indispensable to my work. I can roll out branding updates, banners, and the right disclaimers and certifications from one central console rather than chasing each department, so every email leaving the company stays professional and on-brand without my having to check inboxes. I rely on it constantly, and its integration with Microsoft 365 means updates roll out quietly in the background, with nobody needing a tutorial or a nudge to comply. It belongs to that rare category of tool that smooths the workflow so well that most colleagues never notice it is there. What saves me the most time day-to-day is template updates deploying automatically through the Microsoft 365 integration, so when I change a signature element or swap a banner, it applies to everyone's outgoing mail at once without staff updating anything or me chasing each department. When we refreshed our corporate branding and needed a new logo and product range banner on every signature, I pushed the change out from one console in a single pass, which spared me coordinating each department and prevented the mismatched, half-updated signatures a manual rollout would almost certainly have produced. The initial setup took a few days, but we didn't encounter any major problems, so I have to admit it was actually quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

{"My main reservation is the editor, which feels rather restrictive when it comes to layout choices.","Getting to grips with how the rules actually behave took longer than I expected.","During that learning curve a few incorrect signatures slipped out.","Putting those right added an extra layer of work and caused a measure of confusion across teams in the early days.","The incorrect signatures mostly came down to rule precedence, where overlapping rules for different departments meant some users matched the wrong one and received a signature meant for another team.","There is a lack of clearer visual feedback in the rule editor showing exactly which rule wins for a given user before the changes go live."}

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solves the problem of inconsistent, outdated email signatures across very different teams. I roll out branding updates, banners, and the right disclaimers and certifications from one central console rather than chasing each department, so every email stays professional and on-brand without me checking inboxes.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Leon, Thanks for taking the time to leave this!

Really glad to hear that pushing a full rebrand to every team from a single console is saving you from chasing departments.
We hear your feedback about the editor and appreciate you sharing it with us.

 ### 8. Rigid designer but stable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe C. | Brand marketing Manager, Online Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Our organization can instantaneously handle corporate email signatures throughout all the departments from one on the platform central cloud dashboard. The visual drag and drop designer eases the process of creating brand-conformant layouts without the need of advanced HTML knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The template designer is very constrained and often bends a lot of intricate layouts when he has to produce signatures for older email clients. Non-standard web typography support is non-existent which makes it very difficult to implement custom font styles. The analytics dashboard offers very little tracking information and lacks of granular click through data for each marketing banner.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software totally eliminates the administrative mess of having to manually change the email signature for employees. It guarantees that brands are consistent in every corporate communication outbound sent every day. Marketing teams have a new avenue to market webinars and product updates that can be done through regular employee email.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing this.

We're glad to hear that you’re able to save time and reduce manual effort when updating the signatures.
We hear your feedback about the template designer. If you have a specific issue rather than a general limitation, our support team can help: support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 9. Manage mass signatures and save time; onboarding with Google Workspace is cumbersome

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Carlos V. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like that it is a tool that allows for mass signatures. Once it's set up, I don't have to worry about creating signatures for my collaborators. It helps me save time with signature management and maintain brand consistency. I have it connected to Google Workspace so that the signatures appear in my Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The initial setup of Exclaimer needs to be improved. The initial setup with Google Workspace was difficult for me. It was a bit difficult. I would think there should be a Wizard or something similar that guides you step by step without you having to do so many things within your Google Workspace admin console.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to save time on signature management and maintain brand consistency. It allows for mass signatures and, once set up, I don't have to worry about creating signatures for my collaborators.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Juan! We're glad Exclaimer is saving you time and keeping your brand consistent across Gmail — set it and forget it is exactly the experience we want!
We hear you on the Google Workspace setup. We're here if you need anything: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 10. Quick, Straightforward E-Signatures with Helpful Email Notifications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliano L. | Deputy Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Email notifications keep me informed about actions taken, including when I receive the signature certificate that proves authenticity. It’s been very useful overall and provides a straightforward signature-generation experience. The process is quick and consistent, and I really appreciate the efficient document management.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I’d like to see more text-formatting options, since we currently can’t place field labels. From time to time, additional formatting tweaks are needed, and editing documents can sometimes be complicated without those controls.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us added flexibility for automation, and it allows me to view a document’s revision and signature history. It also helps us get documents ready for signature more quickly, which streamlines the overall process. On top of that, it helps reduce paper usage, and it’s easy to manage documents using templates.

 ### 11. Efficient Signature Management, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really like the ability to manage signatures centrally across the entire staff, especially for new starters or when changes are needed. It makes things much easier than having users manage it independently. Plus, the support we received was absolutely brilliant, with an overrun session that helped us achieve more than anticipated, which left me really impressed.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I found the template for signature builders to be a little bit tricky, especially from a design point of view. I couldn't manage anything successfully on my own. Initially, the setup was quite difficult, and I haven't fully integrated with Microsoft yet to see the complete impact, though it seems straightforward.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We find Exclaimer simplifies managing our staff signatures, making it easier and centralized. We hope it will resolve signature distortion issues we face.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Steve!

Thank you for your positive feedback on our centralized signature management and support. We hear you on the signature builder template. We're constantly working to enhance the user interface to make it more intuitive. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb.

 ### 12. Streamlined Signatures, Brand Consistency Guaranteed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riad D. | Marketing Manager, Restaurants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really appreciate how Exclaimer locks in brand consistency across the board. It works great with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, so our contact details update automatically without needing to chase anyone down. The initial setup was quite easy, and I love how it removed the need for manual edits to ensure everyone, even new hires, has accurate, on-brand signatures. This has saved us from the old routine of copy-pasting signature blocks. Deployment was smooth, and since we send out hundreds of emails daily, it definitely earns its keep constantly. The built-in marketing banners are fantastic too; we used them to slip a seasonal promo banner into every signature during a product launch and saw a lot of click-throughs.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

If I'm splitting hairs, rule management is where it gets fiddly. With several departments each needing their own template, the initial M365 setup demanded real patience. The feature set runs deep, but tracking down a specific option can send you down a rabbit hole. And because we lean on it day in, day out, one misconfigured rule shows up in live emails before you can blink. A cleaner search function within the rules panel would go a long way, so you're not digging through menus to find one setting. A visual rule-builder or a way to preview which template applies to which group before going live would also save us from catching errors in already-sent emails.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solved our unprofessional signature issue by automatically applying the right templates across teams, ensuring brand consistency and removing manual edits. It integrates with Microsoft 365 to update contact details automatically and includes marketing banners for promotions.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for the detailed review — automatic updates via Azure AD and those seasonal promo banners driving click-throughs are exactly the kind of impact we love to hear about! Your feedback on rule management and template previewing is really valuable, and it's the kind of input that helps us improve. We're always here if you need a hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 13. Easy, Consistent Email Signatures Across the Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrzej M. | Marketing Manager, Machinery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I enjoy that Exclaimer email signature has made it easier to maintain consistency of email signatures throughout the organization. This helps to save some of the back and forth as people don't have to maintain their own signatures. The templates are useful when you wish all the members to look the same.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The whole setup might be a bit confusing if you don't use such a tool before. There are some settings that are not completely straightforward and may take a bit of time to determine why a signature appears in a certain manner.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer addresses the issue of disjointed or inaccurate email signatures in an organization. It will help you to get emails to look more uniform without having to have each person customize their signature. This will save the admin and email senders a lot of time.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted that Exclaimer has helped you achieve consistent, centrally managed email signatures while saving time for both administrators and employees, and we appreciate your comments about the initial setup experience as we continue working to make configuration more intuitive.

 ### 14. Fantastic Service - Still loving the product!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh L. | Helpdesk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I still find that Exclaimer is a brilliant product to use and support, they're constantly updating the UI and making it much more user friendly. It's so easy to get stuck in with both amending an existing signature or creating a new one from scratch! Can't think of a time where it's caused us any serious headaches - Exclaimer support are also brilliant at notifying us when outages are in place.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

We're an MSP, so deal with many clients, my only real bug-bear at the moment is when providing access to other colleagues. I need to go through and add each individual email address which can be time consuming, it would be great to give 'top level' access to all clients rather than assigning individually.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not being able to connect within Office365 - Was all resolved

**Official Response from David Willis:**

> Hi Josh,

Thank you for providing us with a review. We're glad you find our solution easy to use.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some formatting issues. Please do reach out to our Support team if you have not already done so. They will be able to look into this for you.

All the best,
Exclaimer

 ### 15. Easy Signature Setup with Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacy H. | Marketing Campaign Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The ease of use when setting up new signatures.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Some of the features don't seam fully flushed out. For example, the campaigns feature.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer has helped our team keep branding consistent across all departments. Previously, this took a lot of manual governance and what was going out to customers was unknown. Now we are able to not only be consistent, we are able to make the changes immediately across the organization with a few clicks.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Stacy!

Thanks for your feedback! It's great to hear that Exclaimer has helped your team maintain consistent branding and streamline the process of making changes across the organization. We hear you on the campaign feature.

 ### 16. Standardizing email appearance across departments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Strategic Communications Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The reason is that the most effective thing to me is that Exclaimer enhances how our organization is portrayed when communicating with people. Emails have become standard and professional, which helps to use a more articulate brand image. The features allow us to have control over various presentation rules as per the team. It has minimized the necessity to continually make changes manually which makes everyday communication feel less volatile and unpredictable.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

One of my weaknesses is that it might take me longer to set up particular rules of email signatures when dealing with more than one department. Although there are numerous features, it is necessary to pay attention to setting everything up correctly. This has influenced my working process as it has made the work more tedious when various groups require different communication forms.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmented communication style between various teams is the primary issue addressed by Exclaimer. Previously, there was no cohesive look of messaging, making it confusing. There is a more organised way of the presentation of messages now. Its characteristics assist in keeping the communication style on track, which has enhanced clarity to external recipients and enhanced intra organizational coordination.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

 ### 17. Im sure centralized signatures saved our marketing department hours every week

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthieu T. | CEO - L&D, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Signature deployment occurs in real time and at all tenants mailboxes. Centralized template management removes the need for department heads to manually manage templates. Mobile e-mail clients render HTML in the same way.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

During a large directory sync, the conditional rule logic fails unexpectedly. Analytics reporting does not have granular tracking of marketing campaigns. Support response is 40 hours or more for critical routing failures.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance of the brands was falling at remote branches on a regular basis. At present, centralized banner control safeguards our company image. In a legal disclaimer, the disclaimer is added automatically without the need for user interaction.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Matthieu,

Thanks for sharing your positive experience with Exclaimer's real-time signature deployment and centralized template management. We understand your concerns about the conditional rule logic during directory sync and the lack of granular tracking in analytics reporting. Your feedback is valuable, and we will strive to address the reported issues.

 ### 18. Finally fixed all of our attachments being ugly and the support will even reply

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raja G. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Support answered the phone very quickly which is pretty unusual these days and they helped me when I thought I messed up the install. I was expecting the whole migration to blow up my server, but it did not. And we were having a problem where the signature would show up as a huge attachment in peoples in boxes and Exclaimer took care of that right away. Its working now, and I do not have to think about it.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Every once in awhile the updates take a couple tries before they save and you just have to sit there and wait for them to sync. It is fairly expensive. Specifically, I really dislike that I can not duplicate templates between various tool bars or between various companies. It makes my job as an administrator much more difficult and seems like something that should be a basic feature of this software. The learning curve is acceptable, however the administration interface is somewhat unclear.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am writing this one handed because I hurt my wrist yesterday by moving server racks, therefore the fact that I no longer have to physically go to 60 desks and update their signatures is saving me physical pain. It prevents our emails from getting sent to spam because people are no longer attaching homemade pdf signatures to their email. Marketing is also off my back because the branding is finally the same everywhere internationally without me having to do anything.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Hi Raja, thanks for the great review! We love hearing about positive experiences with our support team - they are the backbone of Exclaimer for sure. We will pass your feedback about our interface onto our Product department and see if we can include any improvements in an upcoming release. Thank you for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

 ### 19. Automated brand consistency changed our corporate communication

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | Client relations specialist, Publishing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Centralized signature management enables us to send brand updates to all employee accounts in one go. The signature designer guarantees the matching of font and rendering it on each mobile device.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The administrative dashboard is cluttered, and navigating through this takes a lot of unnecessary clicks. IT hours are also lost when attempting to troubleshoot directory synchronization failures which are common.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lack of consistent branding in email communications led to a disjointed company look in outside communications. Manual updates to signatures were eliminated with automated deployment and all departments were ensured of full compliance.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Anna,

Thanks for taking the time to leave this! Really glad to hear that one-click brand updates across every employee account are keeping your company communications consistently on-brand. We hear you on the dashboard feedback and we'll pass that along.

If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb.

 ### 20. Streamlined Email Signatures and Marketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krushang V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer for automating the email signature across the board. I like its automation and deployment features, which make it easy to create one signature and apply it to the entire organization. It also serves as a marketing tool, which I find really beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Since the rollout of the new Outlook, I have experienced issues with the Exclaimer signature visibility while typing my email.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer automates email signatures across our organization and serves as a marketing tool, making deployment easy by applying a single signature to everyone.

 ### 21. Great product but beware of yearly price increases

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I still like the product itself, but billing practices and support need improvement and have gone down hill since I first started using the product.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Stop advertising pricing how you do. Advertised pricing is only valid for the first year and then it goes up every year after that and when questioned they refer to how Microsoft increase their pricing (which they don't do every year and when they do we all get months of notice before it happens).

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralised signature management for our clients allowing easy management for us and them. Clients tend to really like having brand consistency and don't have to rely on staff to update signatures/branding and it works from any device.

**Official Response from Jacob Spencer-Fry:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for providing a great review. We are delighted that you are enjoy our email signature solution.

Best wishes,

Exclaimer

 ### 22. Centralized Signature Management with Smooth Google Workspace Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nalakha K. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Ability centrally manage all signatures and the integration with Google Workspace

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It does not support the Outlook client when it’s configured for Google Workspace.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to centrally change banners from time to time on the request of the sales team.

 ### 23. Reliable solution for company wide email disclaimers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy A. | Corporate communications manager, Newspapers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer makes our day to day communication professional. Our sales and support teams are no longer concerned with obsolete signatures since we linked it to the Microsoft 365 and automatically synchronized user information. We often use it in our online retailing business to advertise seasonal deals with the help of signature banners. The installation was very simple and updating was not technical. It strengthens brand uniformity and saves us time which we use currently on revenue-oriented activities.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The principal problem with me is that troubleshooting is more technical than you think it should be at times. In the case of conflicting rules or the signatures not functioning as intended in Microsoft 365, it is time consuming to fix it. This has an impact on day to day activities since our sales reps are dependent on continuous signature. The number of features is good, but the complexity may give rise to configuration errors.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, Exclaimer will deal with compliance and branding control. We had to do something to guarantee that legal disclaimers and campaign banners will be shown in all the outgoing emails through outlook. Policies are automatically applied through its integration with Microsoft 365 and this minimises human error. This has enhanced confidence with partners and customers. The frequency of use is fixed, but it does not need a lot of attention.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Christy, thank you for sharing your experience with Exclaimer!

We're pleased to hear that our solution has helped synchronize user information and streamline your email signatures. We understand the challenges with troubleshooting. Your feedback is valuable as we strive to enhance our features while minimizing complexity.

If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb.

 ### 24. Centralized Signature Management with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like that Exclaimer lets us deploy corporate signatures and banners to users centrally. It allows us to have a single corporate template that doesn't vary by people, stopping them from changing their titles or other things externally, which can be a problem. I also find it useful that Exclaimer allows us to run marketing campaigns where banners can appear and disappear in line with those external campaigns. Additionally, we've had a good experience with their professional services part, especially regarding a tenant migration.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Managing multiple signature templates for one user could be simpler.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer helps us deploy corporate signatures and banners centrally, ensuring a consistent template that prevents unauthorized changes. It supports marketing campaigns by allowing banners to appear and disappear in line with external plans.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your feedback!
Love hearing that centralized deployment and campaign banners are making such a difference — keeping signatures consistent while syncing with your marketing calendar is a real business win! Your feedback on managing multiple templates per user is noted. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need help: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 25. Easily maintain consistent branding with Exclaimer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhup V. | Senior Technical Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer to control our team email signatures and have the same one for everyone across all departments. And my favorite part is that I can make brand templates (once) and suddenly everyone’s output isn’t all over the place with different fonts and logos in different places and no more chasing people for their brand script. I can also update company wide disclaimers or promos banners in a few clicks which saves me tons of time.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Their dashboard is quite hard to use when I’m editing signature designs especially if I want to change advanced things like spacing or aligning the layout. Most of the time when I am posting a new template or design, syncing with Outlook takes forever and I have to re-sync and wait for it to cycle through before my post is live. But it could be a lot faster (though even if not, that’s probably not a deal breaker).

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having team members who represent your company with poorly or unprofessionally formatted email signatures can be a source of irritation and this is where Exclaimer alleviates this issue. Now all our emails reflect our branding consistently and the professionalism and reliability our emails can be counted as traits of our company.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thank you for the positive review Madhup! We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the consistency our service can provide and efficient to update. We will pass this feedback onto our Product team and hope our future improvements help with your usability. Thank you for choosing Exclaimer!

 ### 26. Took the final step away from manually copying and pasting into outlook

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

To be honest, I'm just glad it will send the updates to everyone when I click save. In the past we used to have staff copying & pasting stuff from Word, then our signature formatting would get messed up with multiple font sizes. Now everything sync's with active directory, so if I update a Phone # in AD it automatically updates in the signature w/o me needing to talk to someone. The biggest thing for me is that it is reliable and that is all I ask for.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Getting the azure permission set up done was a little difficult and time consuming than I anticipated. Every once in a while when using the web version of outlook, I will see a very small flicker (less than a second) before the signature appears. We did have an issue where Images were not showing up on Macs for a few days and that gave me a ton of stress with the Directors.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we went through a brand refresh, we needed the new logo everywhere immediately. In the past, I would have to email out instructions that no one would read. Now I can manage it right from the Browser and know that the Legal Disclaimer and Branding are correct for everyone. This helps prevent me from having to fix broken HTML that non-technical staff are putting together.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great feedback! Happy to hear that we managed to fix your formatting issues - we are big fans of efficiency. We know running into issues is not ideal, but we value our great support team so if you experience any difficulties, please get in touch and we will aim to get you a fix ASAP. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

 ### 27. Unified Branding with Exclaimer - It’s That Easy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian W. | CEO and Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I leverage Exclaimer to ensure every staff member at our company has a good, professional looking and consistent email signature. It’s saved me a ton of time and I can make one design, send it to Microsoft 365 and push it out to everyone within minutes. I even use it to schedule tiny banner campaigns beneath the signatures which has been a great way for promoting webinars and product launches without having to rely on marketing send their own separate emails.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Occasionally syncing new users or groups from Active Directory can take longer than I’d prefer and I’ve had to verify a time or two that everyone’s details are showing up as they should. The web interface could also be a little smoother when editing signature layouts and especially around fine tuning spacing or HTML. Other than that it’s pretty much set-and-forget once you’re running.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Exclaimer, our group’s email signatures were all over the place and had completely different fonts, no job title listed and outdated contact info. Now everything appears on-brand and consistent across all devices even mobile. It’s also provided marketing with a simple pipeline for running company wide banner campaigns without having to pester IT.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Hello Brian! Thank you for the great review and we are glad to hear that you find our service consistent and easy to use. We are working on continuous improvements to our software and we will make sure this gets passed along to our Product team. Thank you for choosing Exclaimer!

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

How easy it is to use the design platform and make quick changes and the help of customer service

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

This might be the email platform it is hosted on but it seems like when some people send emails their signatures get spaced out and they don't always show up consistent

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us show up professionally across the organization and look better and uniform to outside clients

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for leaving your feedback!

So glad you find the platform easy to navigate and our support team helpful — that's exactly the experience we want for you!

 ### 29. Effortless Legal Compliance Across All Emails with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxim K. | Compliance Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I appreciate that everyone, from sales to support, now includes the updated legal disclaimer in their emails. With Exclaimer, I can set it up just once, and it automatically applies to all outgoing emails, even those sent from mobile devices. This gives me peace of mind, knowing that we are legally protected. That's what I really value about Exclaimer.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The company sometimes presents inaccurate information, which can lead to friction between departments.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution has proven to be excellent so far, helping to standardize our company's image and ensuring that we remain compliant with regulations and legal guidelines for electronic communication. It has made our processes more efficient and has become an essential tool for us.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great review Maxim! Our compliance benefits are an underrated benefit so it is great to hear from someone in compliance such as yourself. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

 ### 30. Reliable Software with No Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

It works, we have no issues with the software

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

our company signatures are all aligned and on brand

 ### 31. Seamless AD & O365 Integration with an Intuitive, Easy-to-Use UX

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Ties in well with both AD & O365. UX is well designed and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I would like more ways to determine what images are displayed/hidden in a signature

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unified branding and signature appearance

 ### 32. Intuitive Signature Builder Makes Creation Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Büroangestellter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The best Feature is definitely the signature builder. It's very intuitive and easy to handle. Compared to other Signature Tools you can easily build your own Signature even without prior knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Sometimes when you use different colors, the text field bugs out and you have to remake the field for it to accept the new color.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it is a central management tool for all your signatures, you never have to worry about your employees using incorrect or outdated signatures again. You can create multiple signatures so that, for example, each department has its own. It is also very easy to assign a different signature to employees. With the advanced rules, you can configure everything even further.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great review! It's great to hear that you find our service easy to use. We have passed your feedback on to the relevant department and thanks for choosing Exclaimer!

The Support has been very fast and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

As a first time user, it seems difficult to navigate and not very intuitive.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Including promotional banners into our email signatures.

 ### 34. Effortless Company-Wide Email Signature Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lumena L. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

This tool simplifies the process of updating your entire business email signature. While the initial setup might take some time, especially if you're handling it alone, having assistance from your IT department can make the process much smoother. Once everything is configured, it becomes straightforward to manage and change everyone's signatures as needed.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

At times, figuring out how to change and modify signatures can be a bit challenging, as some of the buttons in the back end are somewhat finicky.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps prevent inconsistencies in email signatures across the business. Instead of depending on each person to update their own signature, you have the ability to manage and update all signatures yourself.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks Lumena! We're so happy to hear about your journey with Exclaimer. If you experience any issues, then please let our support team know, and we can guide you through, or log any technical issues. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer!

 ### 35. Proactive on alerting possible incidents and expected impact to customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

We were previously migrated from the on-premises Exclaimer solution to its cloud SaaS offering.

The cloud version is straightforward to implement and requires almost no ongoing maintenance. Its integration with Microsoft Office 365 works seamlessly.

The platform offers a high degree of flexibility for customizing email signatures, along with a helpful preview feature that is included as part of its customer support.

Both server-side and client-side signature deployment options are available, allowing multiple templates to be assigned to individual users or groups.

Exclaimer's practice of keeping customers informed about any potential service outages, and providing timely follow-up update emails, has increased our confidence in this platform.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

For someone who is just starting out, this solution can be rather difficult to grasp.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate with several brands and office locations, which makes managing templates quite complex. In addition, we sometimes run time-sensitive marketing campaigns that require small changes to the email signatures for specific teams. Exclaimer is able to meet all of these needs. The ability to support mobile signatures is also a significant advantage.

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

> Hi,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and positive review! We’re delighted to hear that the transition to our cloud solution has been smooth and that our proactive communication during service updates gives you confidence. It’s great to know that the flexibility and customization features are helping you manage multiple brands, locations, and campaigns with ease. We understand the learning curve can be a challenge, especially for new users, so if you or your team ever need assistance or training, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the team. Thanks again for trusting Exclaimer.

 ### 36. Simple to Use, But Support Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike O. | Modern Workplace Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I find Exclaimer to be an easy-to-use platform with excellent navigation capabilities, making it the simplest tool I've encountered for navigating the portal and building templates. Its intuitive design simplifies the creation of templates, even though some features, like adding extra spaces or boxes within boxes, aren't immediately obvious. The straightforward initial setup process also stands out, making the product accessible and user-friendly. Despite encountering a few roadblocks with authorization and conditional access related to country restrictions, I appreciate the overall ease of working with Exclaimer.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I am frustrated by the poor customer support with Exclaimer. It often takes weeks to get an initial reply and then to start resolving the problem. There is a lack of 24/5 support or timezone support for AU/NZ, which adds to my frustration.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer for centralized signature management and seamless upkeep of user details, making it easy to implement automated signature solutions across multiple customers.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the positive feedback! We're so happy to hear that you had a positive experience with our service and we will be working in the new year on our support schedule. We apologise for any frustrations this schedule has caused for you. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

 ### 37. AD-Powered Signatures, but Custom Text Fonts Still Missing.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Import and Export | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

That it makes signatures with data from AD. so we don't need to make a special database what needs to be maintaint.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

That 1 function we need is not available: custom font with text and not pictures.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That users need to configure and maintain there signature. It is now handeled from 1 system and everyone has the same signature.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for the specific feedback on custom fonts.
Rendering a custom font as live text rather than an image is a known constraint tied to how email clients handle HTML -- most strip or substitute fonts not in their stack.
The Signature Designer FAQ covers font stacks as the current workaround: support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9191368251293 It's not the same as full custom font support, and we understand if that's a hard requirement.

 ### 38. Easily keep your branding consistent with Exclaimer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon R. | Business Development Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I like most about Exclaimer is that it seamlessly makes my email signatures look the same across every device and every platform that I am sending from, be it my iPhone or Outlook or even some marketing app. I don’t need to worry about formatting, entering stuff manually, or whether my brand looks professional; my signature is always just applied automatically.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The editor can be somewhat intimidating at first, and one might need to get some hand-holding to become comfortable with it. Plus, while Exclaimer plays nicely with most platforms, I’m still waiting for that seamless integration with Gmail. Apart from this, honestly, I didn’t find anything to be disliked—the team responds and the support is always quick whenever I reach out.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exclaimer, our email signatures were quite a mess. Everyone had their own kind of version, making us look really bad as an organization. But today every individual within the team has a fine, consistent signature that really strengthens our credibility and branding in front of the clients and makes it easy to onboard new members because these signatures just come automatically without any IT operation.

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

> Hi Simon,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to hear Exclaimer is helping keep your branding consistent across devices and platforms, that’s exactly what we aim for.

We appreciate the feedback on the editor and Gmail integration too. Our team is always working on improvements, and input like yours helps us prioritize what matters most to customers.

Thanks again for the positive feedback.

Best,

 ### 39. Streamlined Email Signatures with Design Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Euan M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love the central management feature of Exclaimer that allows us to control several email signatures in one go efficiently. This capability is invaluable for maintaining consistency across a large organization like ours. Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility of the design functions. It enables us to create separate designs tailored to the specific needs of different businesses within our group, enhancing our branding efforts across various segments. The process of establishing designs is fairly straightforward, making the initial setup quite easy for our organization. These features collectively ensure that our email communication maintains a professional and unified appearance.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I find the ease of loading signatures on mobiles occasionally lacking, as there can sometimes be a delay.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer for consistent email signatures across our organization, simplifying central management. Its design functions allow tailored signatures for different businesses within our group, enhancing our branding efficiency.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks for the positive review Euan! We love to hear the efficiency you are experiencing with our service. We are looking into continuous improvements so we have passed your feedback onto our Product department. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer!

 ### 40. Reliable Email Signature Management with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L. | Director of Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer makes it easy to manage professional, consistent email signatures across our team. Once we got everything set up, adding new people has been quick and seamless. The platform is user-friendly, and their staff has been very supportive throughout the process. It’s taken a lot of the manual work and guesswork out of keeping signatures on brand.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It did take a little while to get everything up and running initially. Also, emails sometimes send a bit slower than normal, which may be related to our choice to include images in the signatures.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer has solved the challenge of keeping our email signatures consistent, professional, and on brand across the entire organization. Before, updating or creating signatures for new employees was manual and time-consuming, and we often ran into inconsistencies. Now, everything is centralized and easy to manage, so we can roll out updates quickly and ensure every email represents our brand correctly. This not only saves us time but also gives us confidence that our external communication always looks polished and aligned.

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

 ### 41. Easy, Uniform Email Signatures—But Occasional Technical Glitches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

That it is an easy way to make all emails look uniform, that we can include our logo, and create different groups to make signatures unique

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Technical issues, sometimes it doesn't work for people or doesn't load, frustrating because point of getting it was for easy consistency across organization

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us look more professional and get our brand/logo out

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for leaving you honest feedback.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced occasional loading and technical issues, especially when consistency is the main goal. If you haven’t already, our support team can help investigate this with you here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 42. Exclaimer Solved Our Signature Chaos and Met Every Must-Have Requirement.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avinash S. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I like best about Exclaimer is how simple it makes creating and deploying branded email signatures across all our companies. I love the centralized dashboard because I no longer need to rely on each employee to update their own signature—it’s just done automatically. The Office 365 integration is smooth, and the drag-and-drop editor is intuitive enough that even my non-technical colleagues can make changes. I also really like that I can quickly send out time-sensitive banners for marketing initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

When I'm rolling out anything important, I've discovered that the dashboard and end-user accounts sometimes don't sync up right away. It seems like a lot of work to update several signatures at once (like when you change your logo) because you have to do it one at a time. Also, the SMTP connector setup was more complicated than it should have been.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Exclaimer, keeping signatures consistent across six companies was messy and time-consuming—we constantly ran into incorrect contact info or missing banners. Now, we’ve standardized everything and can roll out new signatures or marketing campaigns without chasing individual users. It also saves me from design headaches since I can centrally lock branding elements while still letting departments personalize where needed.

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

> Hi Avlnash,

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad Exclaimer has simplified signature management across your companies and made it easy to roll out consistent branding and marketing campaigns. We appreciate your feedback on syncing and bulk updates, we will feed this back to our product team. Thanks again for the excellent feedback.

 ### 43. Easy Setup, Useful for Branding but Pricey

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giulia F. | IT Support Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I appreciate that Exclaimer effectively standardizes signatures across the entire organization, which is crucial for maintaining a consistent branding style. This feature ensures that every email represents our brand accurately and uniformly. Moreover, I find Exclaimer incredibly easy to use and implement, which significantly reduces the time and effort needed for initial setup and ongoing management. The ease of use means that team members can adopt it swiftly without extensive training, allowing us to focus on other important tasks.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The price of Exclaimer is quite high for the service it offers, which is essentially just a signature tool. Additionally, the annual price increase of 8% is concerning.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to standardize signatures across my organization, enhancing our branding style. It's easy to use and implement.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much Giulia for the feedback! It's great to hear that you find our service simple and east to use. We are always open to price negotiation at each renewal so we can make sure that your upcoming year is right for you. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

 ### 44. Time saving, improvement of results.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I value most about Exclaimer is its ability to simplify the design of corporate signatures through an intuitive editor while simultaneously allowing centralized management of all the company's signatures from a single interface.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I did not like the pricing structure, which could be optimized to offer greater competitiveness in corporate environments with multiple licenses. On the other hand, I miss an advanced reporting module that provides clear metrics on the number of users and accounts where the signatures are applied. The absence of this type of report limits operational visibility.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer optimizes processes by reducing operational times, which increases efficiency and improves profitability.

**Official Response from Chloe Lea:**

> Thanks so much for the great review! It's great to hear that you have found our service simple to use. We do allow for the request of a usage report from our billing team so that you can accurately predict renewal costs, but if there are any queries specific to our pricing, please do get in touch. Thanks for choosing Exclaimer! - Chloe

 ### 45. Seamless Signature Setup with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really appreciate Exclaimer's seamless and easy setup for graphical email signatures which integrates effortlessly with Google Workspace. The intuitive and easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) significantly enhances my experience. Exclaimer's synchronization process is particularly impressive, especially in enabling different departments to have specific logos or designs applied via group sync, efficiently separating relevant designs for distinct staff members. The support team is another standout aspect; they were extremely helpful during the initial setup, contributing to how straightforward and efficient the entire process was. Overall, these features make Exclaimer a highly recommendable solution for managing email signatures.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Nothing to dislike

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer provides seamless, easy-to-setup email signatures synced from Google Workspace, streamlining graphical branding for specific teams with different designs.

 ### 46. Exclaimer B2B IT consultancy customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin S. | Marketing Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like how much Exclaimer's support has improved over time. They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable, which makes solving issues much easier. I also appreciate the helpful resources and clear guidance they provide—it's obvious they really care about the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

One thing Exclaimer could still improve is the signature search. While the new UI is cleaner and faster, the search function doesn’t always pick up partial matches or keywords as expected. Improving the accuracy and flexibility of the search bar would make managing multiple signatures even easier.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer is solving the problem of inconsistent and unprofessional email signatures by providing a centralised platform for managing and standardising signatures across all company emails. This ensures that every email sent from my organisation reflects our brand identity accurately, enhancing our professional image. By automating the application of email signatures, Exclaimer saves us time and reduces the risk of errors, ensuring that all employees use the correct and up-to-date signature format. This not only streamlines workflows but also boosts brand credibility and trustworthiness.

**Official Response from Sarah Guilfoyle:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled that you find Exclaimer Cloud’s interface user-friendly for designing and managing email signatures effortlessly. It's fantastic that our platform helps maintain consistent and professional branding, and that our customer support has been fast and supportive.
We appreciate your feedback on the synchronization issues between Outlook and Exclaimer Cloud. Your insights are invaluable
Thank you once again for your review. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer has made it much easier for us to centralize our email signatures. It also gives us the ability to add banners to our signatures, which we use to promote company events. Integration with Microsoft 365 is straightforward, and the platform itself is user-friendly and simple to implement. The signature is automatically applied in Outlook, which streamlines the process. We rely on centralized signatures for all outgoing emails, and we use this feature very frequently.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

sometimes support is slow to respond to tickets.

 ### 49. Finding peace in a world of disparate email disclaimers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sidiki D. | Email Strategy Manager, Online Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really enjoy its ability to simplify the process of new employee email signatures all-together. New employees will now have access to their immaculately crafted signature right-away without them having to do anything manually and this makes a massive difference in our own favor. It also reassures me that our remote sales team has access to the most up to date contact and campaign banner information automatically swapped into every email they send. It is inestimably valuable to have that uniformity across a dispersed workforce.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

At times we have observed slight lag in signatures to update to some users which requires local clear cache that is somewhat inconvenient. It also required somewhat more up front effort than expected to get all the precise directory attributes mappings exactly the way you want them. This is not a make-or break thing but it was a minor hitch during the setup.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were continually having to contend with an unstable email signature usage on our fast growing team. Whenever staff shifted, a title changed or even a department changed, an IT staff member was forced to step in and make manual changes or even a staff would take it upon themselves to wing the changes and needless to say, this made the overall brand image to be extremely fragmented. With the use of Exclaimer that is no longer a problem. Automatically and accurately, everyones signature is updated, providing a one coherent, professional face in every single outbound email. It has saved us an immense amount of time that our IT support use previously and enhanced the company image.

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

> Hi Sidiki,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this positive review. We’re so pleased Exclaimer has made managing signatures easier for your team and ensured consistency across your workforce. We appreciate your feedback on setup and caching, and we’re always working to improve. It’s great to hear the time saved and professional image gained have made such a difference for your business.

 ### 50. Effortless Marketing Management with Powerful IT Controls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo O. | Legal Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I appreciated most were the controlled marketing features, which help lighten the workload for the IT team. It is excellent for managing banners, promotions, and social media, making these tasks much more efficient. I also valued the option to use Azure groups and assign signatures to various departments.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

For now, I simply think the templates editor should be improved.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a fantastic tool, widely used to free up IT resources and eliminate the risk of communications being sent without the required notifications. Furthermore, it ensures legal compliance and helps maintain a consistent brand image. I find it truly useful.

**Official Response from Rebecca Roberts:**

> Hi Pablo,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience. We love to see that you're enjoying the ease of compliance and consistency, as well as getting the most out of the marketing features!

We appreciate your suggestion about the templates editor, too. Feedback like yours really helps guide improvements. Thanks again for your time and for choosing Exclaimer!
