**What do you like best about eTracker?**

I like how eTracker provides a simple and effective way to track tasks, time, and performance. The platform is easy to use, helps maintain transparency, and makes it easier to monitor progress and stay organized in daily work.

**What do you dislike about eTracker?**

While eTracker is useful for monitoring work activity, the interface can feel somewhat basic and less intuitive at times. Reporting and customization options could be improved, and more flexibility in settings would enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is eTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eTracker helps monitor productivity, track time, and provide visibility into work activity. It reduces the need for manual reporting, improves accountability, and helps identify areas for better time management. This benefits me by keeping work structured, transparent, and more efficient.

**What do you like best about eTracker?**

etracker is one of the few web analytics services to offer a GDPR-comliance solution hosted in the European Union. Besides the first-in-class privacy protection, I also like the UX analysis features which allows me to determine the best way to improve our conversion funnels.

**What do you dislike about eTracker?**

Although the scope of etrackers service is comparable to that of Google Analytics, it needs some additional configuration because the out-of-the-box-experience caters more towards eCommerce applications like web shops than its main competitor. Also the UI can be a bit clunky and unresponsive.

**What problems is eTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With etracker's service we are able to track interactions of our users with our web applications in a GDPR-compliant way and without needlesly comprising the user's private information. From a risk management perspective etracker thus allows us to implement web analytics with the confidence that we do not violate the GDPR.
