What do you like best about eTracker?

What do you dislike about eTracker?

What do you like best about eTracker?

etracker is one of the few web analytics services to offer a GDPR-comliance solution hosted in the European Union. Besides the first-in-class privacy protection, I also like the UX analysis features which allows me to determine the best way to improve our conversion funnels. What do you dislike about eTracker?

Although the scope of etrackers service is comparable to that of Google Analytics, it needs some additional configuration because the out-of-the-box-experience caters more towards eCommerce applications like web shops than its main competitor. Also the UI can be a bit clunky and unresponsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

With etracker's service we are able to track interactions of our users with our web applications in a GDPR-compliant way and without needlesly comprising the user's private information.
