Customer support has been great. My tenants love the app and maintenance requests and I love the electronic rent collection and pdf signing of docs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transactions tab or section is lacking. I wish they could incorporate accounting like Stessa and link our bank account in order to do better reporting. The tax service turbotenant offers is way overpriced and not feasible for us that don’t own more than 10 units for it to be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
