What do you like best about Innago?

I like how organized and easy it is to use. It encompasses all aspects of being a landlord and the customer service is very helpful when we have issues or concerns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Innago?

The processing of payments takes 3 days every time. The payments are made through e-check which can bounce, so it's a little concerning while we wait for the payment to process for 3 days before seeing that it has successfully processed. Also the background check can be improved. The background checks consistently came clean, though upon confirming their background check through public record we would find the applicants did indeed have a criminal record or failure to pay rent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an issue where our tenant was receiving an invoice of an overdue payment. It was not clear where the invoice was coming from. Even customer support on the phone was not sure because there was no invoice number. I reassured our tenant numerous times that no invoice from us was overdue. Upon emailing Innago support, they were able to identify the overdue invoice was coming from the tenant not paying for the insurance policy that he had signed up for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
