What do you like best about RentRedi?

I like the tenant screening options built into the platform. I like that the rent collection and late reminders is taken care of. I like the auto-transfers to the bank account I choose. I like the chat function and maintenance request function that can be used by tenants to get ahold of me. I think the price hurts at first but once rentals and renters were set up it felt great to no longer be juggling the organizational aspects of my real estate business on my own. What do you dislike about RentRedi?

There are some things I would tweak. It's difficult to find the chats between tenants and me. I think the bottom right chat bot that is between me and AI should just be a chat tab where I can see all of my conversations with tenants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's taking over a ton of the busy work of dealing with screening tenants (I still go meet them in person before they move in, but background checks and other things are taken care of in the application process). I like that I have a bit more time on my hands and have less accounting to do each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
