I can also handle esignatures for myself and the tenants, manage maintenance requests, and it gives me an overall professional appearance as a landlord by having everything under one platform. It's made my business easier through automation and has elevated my professionalism as a landlord. I appreciate being able to collect my rent, reduce bank fees and costs, and make it easy for my tenants to pay their rent and apply to properties, all in one platform. The setup was easy, and I could find answers to my questions online.
