TurboTenant has really helpful for managing multiple rental units, and I’ve used it long enough to notice how much its envolved over the years. My favorite part is the application and rental history section, where I can view an applicant’s past addresses, why they’re moving, and landloard references all in one place. Overall, it supports a lot of the daya to day work, from posting listings and screening tenants to colleting rent and staying on top of daily property tasks. The tenant screening features and reports are especially useful when I’m reviewing applucations and keeping records organized for accounting.
