What do you like best about ResMan?

What do you dislike about ResMan?
One thing I dislike about ResMan is that some features can feel complicated to navigate, and certain tasks require several steps to complete. It can also be a little slow at times, especially when managing multiple residents or applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
