We currently reside in Europe and use TenantCloud to manage property that we own in the US. Although we have a property manager who manages the daily operations,we enjoy having a certain level of visibility over the financials.

Ease of use, once you get it set up it operates seamlessly. Makes collecting rent and charges very easy.

I like the ease of use of TenantCloud; it's very intuitive and has a good UI that works well on both desktop and mobile. I also appreciate all the options for configuring leases and payment structures. The lease configuration lets me decline partial payments and sends notification emails for late payments. The payment structures feature allows me to send rent payments to my bank account of choice. The initial setup was very easy too.
