What do you like best about Rentvine?

I LOVE the quick response times by staff, and the fact that they take ownership of whatever it is that we report or need help with. My best example is reporting an issue, and within 2 hours, having a solution implemented and live.

The other thing I love is, I went to a Texas Proeprty Manager Event in San Antonio, and their team was present. When I walked in the room, they not only recognized me, but came over to ask me followup questions about some of my requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rentvine?

Not a lot to say in this column about dislikes. Its easy to use as long as you have a basic understanding of accounting, like the very most basic, you should be fine. For a tool that we use everyday, all day long, nothing stands out as a pain point for us. But, we are a small team, and not spread out.

The one piece of advice for implementing RentVine into your stack would be, have a 3rd party make sure your books are absolutely zeroed out and locked in. The only issues we had with integration were issues that we introduced. Once we had that part locked in, everything else was simple, and they never gave up on us. What do you like best about Rentvine?

Rentvine is easy to navigate, particularly for those new to the platform. It provides an abundance of resources for users transitioning from different software, which helps make the process seamless. The interface is uncluttered, and the ability to rearrange widgets on the home screen allows you to tailor the dashboard to your preferences, whether you require a comprehensive view or a simple summary.

We use Rentvine for daily property management, and the platform facilitates easy communication with residents and owners. Whenever I encounter something I am unable to locate or solve, I can easily submit a ticket through Rentvine's support page and receive a prompt response from their team. What do you dislike about Rentvine?

Vendor ledgers are not accessible individually for each vendor; instead, you have to generate a report to view a vendor's ledger. Another problem is that some reports lack certain categories, and there is no way to merge these missing categories into a single comprehensive report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient and Customizable, But Needs Tweaks"
What do you like best about Rentvine?

I love the customizable dashboard sections in Rentvine, making it easy to locate applications in process and use the different statistics and charts for my weekly reports. I also enjoy the custom email templates we can create. The convenience of communication with all types of clients through Rentvine is another aspect I appreciate. Rentvine's better layout and easier accessibility compared to our previous tool, Buildium, were key reasons for our switch. I gave Rentvine an 8 out of 10 for recommendation. What do you dislike about Rentvine?

The letters, once created, cannot be edited, and I don't like this. You can't include emojis or certain symbols in Rentvine emails, and it's a little disappointing that I can't change the color of links in emails once created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of entering manual tenant payments with Rentvine, as it makes it easy to match up tenant charges with the payments they present. Rentvine saves us time and money through ease of entry, knowledge base, and an outstanding support team. We've been with Rentvine since the beginning and love it, and we wouldn't dream of switching. What do you like best about Rentvine?

I absolutely love Rentvine for our property management company. Whenever we have an issue or need help, Rentvine Support is so quick to respond and quickly gives us the direction we need to get the job done. I find Rentvine helps solve all problems accounting related. Moreover, I really appreciate the fast and accurate customer service.
