What do you like best about Innago?

I like the auto rent payments, auto reminders, and the ability to sign online in Innago. These features really make my life easier as they reduce the time I spend collecting rent and reminding tenants automatically. Especially since it is no cost to the landlord. What do you dislike about Innago?

Lease renewals are very clunky. You can't just keep current terms and do a rent increase and security deposit increase. I need to do a new lease and put in full security deposit amount and then edit the invoice after they sign. Can't do it before. The template is a hassle to create; when filling and sending, it doesn't move the page to the selected fill box, and doesn't go in the order that I placed them in the template. What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?
