I like the auto rent payments, auto reminders, and the ability to sign online in Innago. These features really make my life easier as they reduce the time I spend collecting rent and reminding tenants automatically. Especially since it is no cost to the landlord. Lease renewals are very clunky. You can't just keep current terms and do a rent increase and security deposit increase. I need to do a new lease and put in full security deposit amount and then edit the invoice after they sign. Can't do it before. The template is a hassle to create; when filling and sending, it doesn't move the page to the selected fill box, and doesn't go in the order that I placed them in the template.
