I've been using Tenantcloud for over a year now and have come to really enjoy the ability to do everything, all in one place. Previously, I was having to manage properties in one platform, advertise in another, and store documents in the cloud. With Tenantcloud, I can do it all in one place. Additionally, I can invite tenants directly from the app when I am mobile, or work from the desktop if I am in the office. While the accounting is a perk and works (yes, it works), it could use a lot of work. For example, you have to process fees/payments one at a time rather than being able to process all at once by "selecting all". While this may seem minimal, it is a literal time killer having to process each transfer individually once a month. Additionally, the reconciliation tab isn't a huge help, so it would be nice to hide it all together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
