What do you like best about AppFolio?

Appfolio is a very user friendly program. I have been using it since 2016. I have had to train accounting staff and property managers on Appfolio and was able to do it with ease. Their HELP chat feature is a great plus. If you run into any complications you get help support relatively quickly. When we switched over to Appfolio it was an easy integration process. We were able to get up and running within a day or two. It has been a great daily tool for our property managers! We love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppFolio?

The only thing that wish Appfolio could handle better is Seasonal Rentals. It is not geared to handle those very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?

AppFolio help our property managers tremendously. They are able to do inspection and upload their pictures and inspections immediately. They are able to create work orders and send information to the Vendors right away if they see any issues. AppFolio has helped our property management processes a lot. It saves a lot of time for our property managers. We really like the work order and billing processes within Appfolio as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
