MRI Property Management covers nearly all essential aspects of property management, including leases, management reports, and accounting. The software is precise and only requires you to input the correct information. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers, allowing you to make corrections if you enter any information incorrectly. II would like to receive reminders from MRI. For instance, if a lease is expiring within the next three months, it would be helpful for MRI to send a reminder to the property manager or user to ensure it doesn't get overlooked. This is currently a challenge with my properties.

The accounting reports are generally fine, but I sometimes need to use the financial period to gather all the information for that timeframe. However, when looking at tenant statements, using the tenant statement period does not provide all the receipts and charges for the month. Is there something I might be doing wrong?
