Cvent offers flexible quote-based pricing for its event management platform, with costs that scale based on the size and needs of your event program.
Customers can purchase any of Cvent’s four core solutions: Registration, Attendee Hub, OnArrival, and Essentials—on their own or combine them to manage registration and payments, attendee engagement, onsite check-in and badging, and simple meetings and events. These solutions are enhanced with AI powered by Cvent IQ, which helps streamline workflows, surface insights, and improve event outcomes across the platform.
Each of these products uses the same pricing model: Annual license fee + Per-registrant fee.
Products can be licensed individually or customers can choose a Cvent Platform License that includes all four annual product licenses plus additional platform features such as SSO. Per-registrant fees apply under either license type.
Cvent also offers optional add-ons, including capabilities such as venue and vendor sourcing, universal appointments, universal lead capture, diagramming, video and content management, and implementation or onsite services. Special pricing is available for Government, Associations, Non-Profit organizations, and Higher Education institutions, and discounts are available for multi-year agreements.
All licenses include 24/7 support from Cvent’s client services team.
