I find Fienta to be a very easy way of selling tickets for events, keeping everything organized, having all the customers visible, and making refunds very simple. I appreciate how it allows you to track marketing easily with different channels by creating separate links and your own campaigns. The payout process is faster than other platforms I've used. I enjoy the many possibilities of designing my own ticket page, including adding my own font color, font size, images, and graphics. It's great that these customizations appear not only on the page itself but also in the ticket email or PDF file. It's very useful to specifically request and manage the information I need from customers on the order form, such as mandatory tick boxes for confirmations. I also like that the personal branding can be carried all the way through to the tickets, which enhances the customer experience. Setting up Fienta is very easy and took me just about thirty minutes.

I like that Fienta sends emails because it's cool, and I don't have to think about money. I also find the initial setup easy.
