The Platform and UI is good. I did not have any needs for integration to other SAAS´s. The platform was fast and remarkable in the experience I had. BUT where it shined beyond any expectations is THE support team. I was searching for a registration solution for a dinner event. RSVPify was overkill, but still very affordable. The solution was great, but the human side of their support team is outstanding. It made me wish that I only have to manage a dinner event every year, and not every week or month. RSVPify is simple through the whole process of building an event page to people signing up for an event. My event was a mix of paid and free admission and RSVPify made it very simple to do both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While RSVPify is a wonderful platform, I do wish the event page offered separate pages instead of one continuous scroll. For a sizeable event with lots of speakers and details, the page becomes VERY long to navigate. It would also be helpful to be able to email everyone who has registered when there’s an update to the event. I also found it difficult to locate where to add team members when it was time to bring in helpers. Overall, these are minor complaints, and my company would absolutely use RSVPify again. Our CRM event add-on is not at all user-friendly nor does it include options to style our event webpage. I found RSVPify via AI search. We have now used it for two small events and will continue to use it for other events. It was extremely easy to use and brand for our non-profit. It also looks great for our donors and guests who access the event page. We appreciate that we can text, email, etc., all from RSVPify.

At the end of each event, we export the guest list and import it into our CRM!

RSVPify was so easy to use! From creating the event to tracking and updating RSVP's, it could not have been a smoother experience. The customer support was quick, the ease of integrating the invites was easy, and I loved the number of features offered. Especially being able to download into Excel for nametags! The invitation was easy to design with lots of choices. The option for a QR code was perfect for my event, I had signs made using the code. The report from invitees that included their email address was fabulous for follow up and I like that it separated each family member so I had a true number. The ability to view and share the view before sending out the invite was also helpful. I was also able to add photos of the speakers to the invite so it looked very professional and polished. The whole process was smooth and user-friendly. We used this for 2 events within the same conference and it kept things organized and easy.
