**What do you like best about Fienta?**

What I like best about Fienta is how intuitive it feels in daily use while still offering a lot of flexibility through its settings and customization options. The AI support is genuinely useful, payouts have been fast and reliable, and the pricing is relatively moderate compared to competitors, which makes the platform very practical overall.

**What do you dislike about Fienta?**

There is not much I dislike about Fienta. The main downside for me is that extra costs can arise when customers pay via PayPal, which makes payment-related costs a bit less predictable. Aside from that, my experience has been very positive.

Fienta is solving the problem of having to choose between ease of use, flexibility, and reliability. Some issues with end time of events - evidently involves either where you are when setting up the event or the capital city of the country in which the event is taking place. I never got a straight answer on that.

**What problems is Fienta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to sell tickets directly to customers and by doing so, it better sets up a an advertising plan with Facebook.

What I like most about Fienta is how easy and convenient it is to use for both event organizers and ticket buyers. Adding and managing events is simple, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, the customer support is excellent—helpful, responsive and always ready to assist when needed.

So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike about Fienta. My experience has been very positive and I haven't had any issues.

Fienta solves the challenge of managing event registrations and ticket sales in a simple and efficient way. It saves me time by making it easy to create events, sell tickets and keep everything organized in one place. It's very easy to use and convenient. Everything is straightforward, so you don't have to worry about selling tickets on your own website. Fienta also offers a great platform to help market your events.

At first, it was a bit difficult to understand the taxes and additional fees, but once I understood them, everything felt very logical.

We needed a platform for marketing, and since our website didn't have a built-in ticketing system, Fienta was a great solution.

**What do you like best about Fienta?**

I love that Fienta is easy for customers to book, easy to add an event, and easy to manage and get in contact with clients. I really appreciate its simplicity; I don't have to be an experienced event organizer to start offering my tours. The initial setup was extremely easy. I just had to generate the text, add the date, time, photo, and it was good to go.

**What do you dislike about Fienta?**

At the moment they don't have calendar view but it's in their plans (at least they told me so)

**What problems is Fienta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fienta makes it easy for my customers to book, simple to add and manage events, and helps me easily contact clients, even without being an experienced event organizer.

**What do you like best about Fienta?**

I've organized two conferences using Fienta for registration. My experience has been very positive. 
I can at any moment see who has registered, view their payment status, get reports in various formats. Setting up an event is very easy. It is important that there is no setup fee, only a percentage of the fees collected. One can easily set up a number of different fee rates, program discount codes to deal with exceptions etc.

I have not experienced anything negative

I really appreciate how easy Fienta is to use and the ability to integrate their checkout directly onto my website. This feature takes away friction for customers when they decide to check out my show, as they don't have to read or click too much before making a purchase. The initial setup was very easy, and compared to using Eventbrite and Rausgegangen, Fienta feels the most comfortable for me right now.

Really REALLY happy with using Fienta for my groups events. Tracking data for ticket sales is actionable and helpful. Multilingual event descriptions. Just everything I could use from a ticket platform.

Not much honestly. I always wish fees were lower. haha.

Selling tickets in multiple languages in a seemless way. They nailed it. JA or EN viewers can see ticket info in their native language.
