What do you like best about Fienta?

The platform is really easy to use and navigate. There's lots of flexibility when it comes to setting up ticket options and capturing registration information. The price is really affordable compared to some of the big name players in the market, hence why we switched. The interface is clean and simple and the feedback we've had from customers who helped us to test the platform before we began marketing our tickets, was all positive. What do you dislike about Fienta?

So far, there is very little to dislike. If I was being picky then maybe some more statistics about visitors to the page, not just completed sales. I did want to make my own address private as a sole trader, but I appreciate Fienta have to operate under the new EU rules, so understand why that is not possible. What problems is Fienta solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Fienta has solved for us was the high processing costs from our old ticketing platform (Eventbrite). We'll be making a significant saving, plus for the event type we have we have also managed to save on admin time by integrating both audience and competitors into a single platform. Before, competitors would sign up via Stripe and require lots of follow up admin time. That's all gone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
