"The Most User Fridenly Property Management Software "

What do you like best?

Any one can easily to use this software.

Great support team and always taking the suggestion into consideration

What do you dislike?

The speed is slow and some searching function are not in place, can not post announcements for multiple buildings at one time

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

CondoControlcentral has helping my corporations for variety issues. The most recently one is Online proxy voting by modifying the electronic proxy form after consulting with the lawyer. This makes us obtaining quorum very easily and reliable

"Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff"

What do you like best?

This is the 2nd site that I have used Condo Control and there are services that I really like. I still am having some problems with reports and other capabilities of the software but the Shuvra (Customer Service Manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike?

some reports are hard to find. not a lot of options for the residents except for the amenities booking.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

very easy to use Can be used for tracking contractors and staff log-in

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Generating report - Shuvra showed me how I can filter the reports to the way I want it to be.

Notices - targeted notice depending on the group.

"CondoControlCentral is extremely user friendly and it is a great tool in managing Condo buildings"

What do you like best?

The fact that it is so user friendly and stores all the data which then helps us in our day to day tasks.

What do you dislike?

The visitor sign up is a bit slow. It takes a while from the computer to appear on the tablet and for visitors to put their signatures. Due to this, we get line ups in our lobby area especially over the weekends.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Storing information of residents, amenity bookings have become easier, making announcements is another benefit we highly appreciate.

"Made things so much easier for residents"

What do you like best?

The features it has, and the building managers can easily alert us when something is going on.

What do you dislike?

It use to be a little slow sometimes, especially on the weekend. But haven’t experience slowed down in a while

Since our condo started using their system, we can pretty much do everything online, like pay fees, book amenities, vote etc. so we don’t have to fill out papers

"Property Management Made Easy"

What do you like best?

The Amenity booking feature is the best.

What do you dislike?

Hard to say. I really do like all the features. The condo website builder could use more themes.

This solves the issue of managing a property remotely. You can tap into meetings, see how the amenity booking is going and check in on maintenance requests all from your mobile phone.
