With new languages and tasks being added all the time, the platform supports organizations like ours with ever-evolving tech stacks. Lastly, Codility is a tech recruiter's dream. Despite the ease of use and intuitive user experience, hiring teams still need guidance on best practices. Having more built in guidance during set-up might be helpful. Would also like to see improvements in Canvas to enable more sophisticated white-boarding, including commonly used architectural diagramming symbols (eg UML style modeling). Using Codility for candidate’s technical skills assessment allows me focusing on human skills questions such as communication, teamwork, initiative spirit, problem solving talent … during the interview. Thanks to its large choice of tasks covering the most useful technologies, there is always a way to build a test matching our expectations. I am not confortable with the way the total score is computed.

In addition to that I would like to have the possiblity to update a test, especially if no candidate has already tried it.

I like best the presentations of the questions, clear and easy to understand. For some similar sites, I had found myself spending significant time trying to understand the wordings of the questions and then less time coming up with a solution.

I like the layout of the application itself, the dark theme is great for my eyes and the layout is simple and best of all very responsive, nimble.

Code completion is missing, but if you paste code from your editor it still maintains a nice formating.

Codility is very simple and easy to use - sending our take-home assessments, sharing the results afterwards with interviewers, and creating new assessments are all a walk in the park.
