What do you like best about Codility?

I used Codility platform to give screening interview for mulitple companies. It was a really a great experience. The IDE is so smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A platform for technical assessment is provided by Codility. We can conduct effective assessment for a huge number of aspirants at a same time using this platform. Remotely evaluting this is assessment also provided by the Codility platform. This is very helpful for conducting tests for multiple people from different platforms. What do you dislike about Codility?

Codility has a specific standard questions , so this may limit the organization to test the particular skill for the particular projects. Although Codility is best for testing the coding skills, it may not be accurate all the time to evalute the overall candidate's fit for the organization project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Codility solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is effective and scalable tool for evaluation in our Brock University. This can be used for hiring the candidates for the projects. But it also need to balance the evaluation technique for soft skills or for specific skill for specialized projects. So it can be used to test the candidates over-all fit to the project.
