What do you like best about Codility?

Allows job recruiters to select a wide range of technical competencies including more modern and up-to-date set of programming languages with the associated programming exercises to better gauge the technical skill level of their applicants. What do you dislike about Codility?

So far, Codility is fairly straightforward to use especially for non-technical HR users. A quick walkthrough would suffice to get someone new to be onboarded to the tool in order to use towards measuring technical competence level of each applicant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Codility solving and how is that benefiting you?

Due to the number of applicants, Codility was able to quickly identify skill / competency for each technical area that the company was looking for, hence, HR was able to quickly filter down the applicants to a more manageable number so that the HR team can proceed forward to the interview process.
