What do you like best?

Screen sharing is very useful and the most important feature of the product is that it allows group criticism of slide presentations during the development phase. Additionally, the audio connections are crystal clear and you can easily make call routing and teleconferences. These two features of the product are, in my opinion, far ahead of competing products. What do you dislike?

There are 2 sides to the product that I don't like. First, if you want more than 25 exhibitors, it's very costly. The other thing is its mobile app. I think this was not developed to show better "usability". Apart from this, the product is in a very important position as the communication sub of our company and meets all our needs. It made a great contribution to us especially during the pandemic period. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cisco Webex search for, used to communicate with our office in Turkey. With this tool, we can communicate professionally, meet multiple people, share documents and present topics or anything we need to address at the meeting. We also use it internally to communicate with other regions of the company. Especially during the pandemic period, this product saved our lives. Because it would be really difficult to pay for the phone expenses of many of our employees. However, with Cisco Web Calling, our employees can call each other from any place with internet. What do you like best?

Super easy to deploy Webex calling with cloud provided PSTN. Fairly straightforward and setup is a breeze. The bulk editing tools have been improving over time and the solution fits many SMB and school environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Try out the free one to one video and audio calling client first, and the fact you can install it on a computer and mobile device to try out for free (like using Facetime or other 'cloud calling clients' like Google Chat etc) and then you can add on licensing afterwards to enhance the accounts for use with cloud calling using a DID as well. What do you like best?

Definitely the best thing about Webex Calling is to have absolutely all the collaboration solution (applications, video, meetings and calls) in a single fully integrated cloud platform. If you are considering an upgrade, change the phone service or are a new company, Webex Calling may be the option to consider. The deployment is very fast, reliable and can integrate the entire collaboration service in a very short time and without the need to invest in servers and large implementation times. What do you like best?

I love the simplicity of this tool. Don't get me wrong, it's easy to setup and use but does require some expertise. But once that setup is done this is the easiest product for users to use! It just works! Something we have loved about this is how well it integrates with other Cisco products and tools you are probably already using! And later this year (2020) Cisco has announced a new "all in one" client that will bring Teams, meetings and calling all together in a single client. I am loving this product! What do you dislike?

The price is a little high but if you are bundling other services from Cisco then you can get some pretty nice discounts. But my main complaint about this product is the overall price. It's solving the problem of not having a good calling solution and its also solving the problem of having different tools, or a lot of tools that users need to use on a daily basis. What do you like best?

I've been researching this system for a long time. We are at the demo stage yet. With Webex calling, you can get rid of many troubles. We have troubles such as installing call manager and updating, maintaining and dealing with infrastructure problems every year. Thanks to this cloud service, we only use the system. What do you like best?

Cisco has provided the best calling device where corporate calls are made much more easier by Cisco. It provides you no interruptions in calling, now you don't have to look for range or network anymore, just install and configure Cisco device and enjoy the uninterrupted calling. The best part of it is, it can be easily be switched from an audio call to Video call through its software.

Multiple calls can be done at a time which works very efficiently. Increases productivity of the team at the same time even client is happy and satisfied for the work being delivered.

What do you like best?

The best feature of the Cisco Webex Calling is that one can switch from the audio call to the video call instantly. It has a pretty good camera mounted on top of the screen. For the security purpose one can turn off the camera instantly by rotating the knob located at the camera. Another best feature of it is that it is very convenient for the conference call. What do you like best?

Best part is, you don't have to look for network or any other disturbances while calling. Cisco Calling provides you the uninterrupted calling.

Display name so that it can be easily identify the calling person in office. As VOIp is connected to LAN, its very easy to configure and setup it in office with very less infrastructure.

What do you like best?

I like the Cisco WebEx calling because it provides best calling features with no interruptions. Just no need to worry about any network problems while talking. It has limited infrastructure and not hard to setup. It helps you work remotely and be able to dial in from office and even from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

All the audio conference calls are made very easy through Cisco WebEx calling. Best part is, it will provide you Uninterrupted calling without having any network issues no lags whatsoever. Provide you the caller identification on the phone so that it gets very easy to know who's calling. Through VOIP number we can easily make a one to one or a team call. What do you like best?

I found it very useful wherever I went and worked on project, it makes it very easy to communicate with no network issues, no lags whatsoever. It has got best features in build were we can dial in from office and even from home by using the phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best thing about this app is the connectivity which is very great without having any lag. Best part again is it has zero downtime due to which your is work is done with no hurdles.
