I have no complaints; this has clearly enhanced the quality of our calls and connectivity. Issues like voice delays and dropped calls, which we faced with earlier solutions, have been resolved.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, our old phone systems often suffered from voice interruptions and did not provide a comprehensive control panel. Since switching, we've noticed a significant improvement in call quality, and the new panel enables us to monitor our executives' live calls. This has made tracking and monitoring much easier for us.

  ### 3. Seamless Setup, Handy for Laptop Calling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake M. | Workspace Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Webex Calling?**

I find Webex Calling incredibly handy as it offers ease of use and accessibility. Setting it up was surprisingly simple, which was a pleasant surprise given my initial perception of its complexity. The call quality is notably better than standard network providers, and the feature allowing quick setup of contact groups is very useful, enabling me to efficiently dial key contacts directly from my laptop or phone.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

I would like to see a more directed initial setup experience that highlights the existing functionalities in Webex. I wasn't fully aware of all its capabilities initially, and it was only through a colleague's input that I began utilizing it. Without that guidance, I might not have discovered how useful Webex Calling can be.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Calling streamlines my calls directly from the laptop with ease of use and better quality than typical networks, saving me from using my phone.

  ### 4. Reliable and Feature-Rich Calling Solution—Slightly Heavy on Low Bandwidth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K.C. S. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Webex Calling?**

What I appreciate most about Webex Calling is its dependable call quality and the seamless way it integrates with other collaboration tools, making communication feel effortless. Additionally, I find it to be highly secure and straightforward to manage, providing a consistent experience for users whether they are working remotely or in the office, and across all devices.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

One aspect I find less appealing about Webex Calling is that it sometimes feels a bit sluggish or demanding on system resources, particularly when using a lower bandwidth connection.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Calling has eliminated the inconvenience of switching between various communication apps by bringing calls, messages, and meetings together in a single platform. This integration has made my daily workflow noticeably smoother and more dependable, particularly when I’m working remotely or collaborating with several teams.

  ### 5. Seamless integration that boosted our sales calls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo M. | Sales Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Webex Calling?**

What I like best about Webex Calling is how effortlessly it hooked up with our Salesforce CRM last year and suddenly all those customer details popped up right during calls. No more fumbling around for notes mid conversation. It made closing deals feel way smoother especially when our team was spread out across Europe and the call quality held up even on spotty hotel WiFi during trade shows. We've got this one rep who was always complaining about dropped calls before but now he'd raving about the stability. The app's interface is pretty intuitive too.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

The one downside though is that the mobile app sometimes lags when switching between data and WiFi. This happened to me a couple times during important client pitches and it threw off the flow a bit.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One huge problem that Webex Calling solved for us was fragmented communication in sales. Before we'd juggle separate phone systems and CRM tabs. Now with everything integrated our response times to leads dropped by like half. That's meant more closed deals without the usual problems. Another unexpected perk was how it cut down on email follow ups. It'd saved us headaches in a fast paced environment.

  ### 18. Reliable voice for day to day, admin portal takes a minute to learn.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Poppy B. | IT Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Webex Calling?**

I'll start with the situation. About a year and a half ago our support queues got messy when folks rotated between home and office and calls didn't always reach the right on call engineer. We moved to Webex Calling to centralized numbers, set proper hunt groups and make sure voicemail didn't sit in a random inbox. What stood out first was the stability. Audio stayed clean even on hotel WiFi and I rarely saw jitter above what users would notice. Call transfer and park were easy to teach and the call pickup groups meant our tier 2s could grab overflow without pinging Slack every five minutes. The admin side let us build auto attendants with timeofday rules and quick updates for holiday hours, which saved me from last minute fire drills.Training was light. Most folks figured out the softphone in the first afternoon and the UI felt familiar enough that we didnt run a long enablement program.I wont pretend every click is perfect but for daily calling, it's straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

A couple of bumps. Initial provisioning took longer than expected because syncing groups from Azure AD to match license assignments wasn't one and done. The admin portal is powerful but things like dial plan edits and site settings live in different spots, so the first week felt like a scavenger hunt. On integrations we wanted tighter presence with Microsoft Teams so a user's status matched their active call in Webex Calling. I't works sometimes but its not always instantaneous.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fewer reconnection issues, cleaner handoffs, and standard caller ID for outbound followups means less context switching. Our SLA for call backs dropped by a few minutes on average and the volume of "try again later" messages shrank. It's not magic, its just consistent. I'd like to see presence syncing and CRM logging tightened, dependable voice in a hybrid setup, it's been the right fit for us over the last 18 months.

  ### 19. Effortless, Secure Calling Anywhere with Webex

Webex calling sometimes feel a bit old fashioned and a little clunky when we compare to other system. It is also a little bit higher in terms of costing and it can be tricky when we are trying to integrate it with non cisco phone.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Calling has helped our team to work from any where around the work. It has also allowed us to hire employee across Globe with work from home feature.

**Reviewed by:** Detra E. | Instructional Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2025

I like the fact that I can text, direct message or voice call anyone I need to contact. The text feature is wonderful! I use Webex Calling daily during my work week. It was an easy transition from using the web based application. I've been able to even put the application on my personal phone so when someone calls my office number, I can be reached no matter where I am during the work week.

There is a video record feature but it's not great and lacks the ability to record outside videos.

  ### 26. I can do business calls effortlessly from my laptop

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno K. | Sales Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Webex Calling?**

I like the way that Webex Calling slots in to fit with our current Webex suite very well. I am able to make and receive calls through my computer or mobile app so that it is very convenient to work remotely. I also continuously experience a high-quality phone connection despite the fact my internet connection is not at 100 percent. Visual voicemail is a real time-saving feature that enables me to peruse messages in no time rather than listen to all of them. It actually makes the business communication highly effective.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

In certain cases, the process of setting up new users is slightly hard to help out. When getting started there are many settings to configure. Sometimes, I get delay when picking a call. It is normally only a second yet it may be discernable. Even mobile app consumes more battery of my phone than other apps I have installed.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used to use an ancient desktop phone system, which made us desk bound. When one was working away or travelling, making or receiving business calls was hard. Today Webex Calling allows me to carry my business line along with me everywhere I go. I am able to make and receive calls uninterrupted in my laptop or mobile phone. This implies that, I no longer miss an important call of a client when I am out of the office. It has increased flexibility and responsiveness of our team by a huge degree.

  ### 47. Webex Calling Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh R. | Director of Collaboration and Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Webex Calling?**

ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. I use Webex Calling almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

Webex calling is still lacking some useful features as compared with CUCM/CUC including Unified Messaging, ability to see call status of shared lines in the Webex App and a few others.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution.

It is easy and practical. I love the voice filters. After 2020 pandemia we work mainly at home where are normal home noises and with that filters we can have high quality calls.
Many times the home internet is not the best, but with the codec and the AI the communications is greate. The chats it very practical and it greate that we can chat with other users ( free account ). We use chat, reunion, calls, spaces day by day. Very hepful can handle the wsebex app on cel phone, computer and othere devices.

**What do you dislike about Webex Calling?**

The reports are very complex to understand for a common people. That reports are very dense, with many information that do not male sense for the normal people.

**What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

work like a team in a desentraliced mode. We work home office but we keep everyntg on control with liberty. Before webex we had many problems with the communication. We had noise, drop calls, we can not hear our customer and they also can hear us. Now that problem is only a bad memory. The facilities about IVR and ACD are very good.
