Sometimes, it was a bit challenging to find the scheduling links, which could be improved to enhance the user experience. What I like best about Chili Piper is how directly it ties scheduling to revenue outcomes, reducing time in booking demos. A few things I dislike about Chili Piper is its admin dependency. Small changes (territory tweaks, new queues, edge-case routing) often require a knowledgeable admin. At our company, we've used RevenueHero, Calendly, and Chili Piper, and I find Chili Piper to be far easier to use than the other two. Its interface is straightforward and clean, and it consistently routes as expected. In contrast, dealing with RevenueHero has cost us a lot of time. I just started using it this week and really do enjoy it. It's very easy to customize your settings to speficy exactly how you want your meeting invites to look.
