What do you like best about Chili Piper?

I use Chili Piper for call booking and assignment. I like the ease of the algorithm and decision tree. It's easy to understand, so even if you didn't build it, you would be able to understand why something happened. The decision tree assignment helps us clearly see why someone was assigned to a particular rep or not. I also appreciate that they are always coming out with new features. What do you like best about Chili Piper?

What do you dislike about Chili Piper?

I find troubleshooting in Chili Piper challenging, especially as the setup gets more complex. The more you build, the harder it is to identify an issue in your routers. Initial setup wasn't too easy either, as some functionalities had to be re-evaluated and rebuilt completely to accommodate Chili Piper's functionalities and limitations. What do you like best about Chili Piper?

Chili Piper helps us to route demos to the right team easily. Before, we had problems with non ICP filling up the calendar which was messy and ruined reporting too. I love the Spam filter which stops fake emails ever making it to a demo booking. Also brilliant that I can use Chili Piper in-app too, so it's not only top of the funnel -- I can use it for upsells and Support too. Love working with the team and our CSM, Radu. What I like best about Chili Piper is how directly it ties scheduling to revenue outcomes, reducing time in booking demos. What do you dislike about Chili Piper?

A few things I dislike about Chili Piper is its admin dependency. Small changes (territory tweaks, new queues, edge-case routing) often require a knowledgeable admin. At our company, we've used RevenueHero, Calendly, and Chili Piper, and I find Chili Piper to be far easier to use than the other two. Its interface is straightforward and clean, and it consistently routes as expected. In contrast, dealing with RevenueHero has cost us a lot of time. Chili Piper really simplifies the whole meeting booking process, whether it’s for inbound leads or internal calls. We’ve used it at Voderia and Pacific Code, connected with our CRM and email tools, and it’s saved us tons of back-and-forth messages. The smart routing and calendar sync work great, helping us instantly connect prospects with the right person. It’s made a noticeable difference in our response time and conversion rates.
