**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Dynamic routing of deals for smart qualification/disqualification of leads.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Very complex and unintuitive setup for what should be simple. It took over a month to configure properly even with their customer support. 

When buying, you should factor in the additional cost of your employee's time troubleshooting issues.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps route smaller leads to juniors and larger deals to more senior reps. This allows more experienced reps to focus on the important deals.

I'm Seth Dovev - Sr. Director of Customer Success at Chili Piper. It's my responsibility to ensure the success of Chili Piper customers and it seems we have yet to do that for you. Your friction with setup and desired features to solve your ideal use cases were escalated to me last month. I've since been working with my team to resolve these for you:

1. Keep your form fields as lean as possible (Love this best practice!) - to do so we needed to create a solution that would split a lead's full name into first name and last name to pass this information to Hubspot. After some trial and error, we were able to successfully get this working

2. Notify reps who own accounts related to prospects that left the booking flow and ultimately didn't book. We walked you through this feature on a support call, tested it, and confirmed it's working. No leads left behind woohoo!

3. Prioritize senior reps over junior reps for distribution. You can do this with weighting and position in the queue.

Lastly, I understand that Chili Piper setup wasn't as seamless as you initially thought it would be and I sincerely apologize for that. Our product team is investing a lot in our UX to improve this. We are always looking for feedback and ideas from our customers to improve our onboarding experience as well so please pass them along to your account manager if you haven't already. In the meantime, we are working with our CEO to discuss possible compensation for your unexpected time spent setting up your instance. This isn't something we typically provide but I'll try my best for you. Please keep an open dialog with them so we can get you back on track to success. **What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Easy to use and very user friendly... If it worked...  During the test phase we used it in our sandbox edition for salesforce which worked fine. Until we switched it to go live in production it did not work.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Integrateding it with SFDC production was a pain.  It was 2 weeks of my IT department figuring out why the routing did not work and why we were not able to use it online to our public website.  We trying calling support numerous times and got the run around by our Account Manager.  It was a waste of money.  We paid for a 90 day trial and after a month of going back and forth with support emails we resolved absolutely nothing.  We got on a 15 min cal and Chili Piper could not figure it out and basically brushed us off when it was clear it was not working as they advertised it

**Recommendations to others considering Chili Piper:**

Look at competitors.  We ended up going with Calendly.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to offer a user-friendly experience online to book meetings and give users a easy way to get some time with our SDRs.  This was our first place we tried.  Not a good choice,
