Usually a refresh will fix it. I wish there was the ability to search a city and easily find the time zone. Very effective way to reduce friction for qualified visitors to book time directly with a sales rep. We are able to customize the user experience with custom styling in the calendar widget to match our brand. Chili Piper also has powerful filtering capabilities, based on user form inputs or existing CRM data, to make sure we only surface the instant booking option to qualified visitors. **What do you dislike about Chili Piper?** In Round Robin queues, there is not an ability to "force" equal round robin in the webform instant booking use case. Chili Piper by default surfaces available times of all users in the Queue, so the meeting could end up being assigned to any user in the Queue. If the visitor chooses 10am, and 2 reps in the Queue are available at that time, the rep with the higher priority in the Queue algorithm will get the meeting. While I agree with the sentiment that this is generally better to provide more options to the user, it does lead to some friction with Sales reps -- for example one rep could get 5 meetings in a row while another rep is technically "next up". We just had to clearly communicate this to the team and make sure they leave their calendar's open where possible. **What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improved pipeline generation and velocity.
