Chili Piper has made scheduling and lead routing SO MUCH easier for our team. The obvious benefit is booking meetings instantly. It helps to qualify leads and automatically route them to the right AE based on ownership, distribution rules, or simple round robin. It takes a lot of the manual front-end work off our plate. It has also made a big difference in speed to lead. The UI is great — it’s clean and intuitive. I especially love the new canvas view to build a router compared to the earlier UI. Integration with our tech stack has been seamless as well. Customer support has also been excellent. I worked closely with Shon Cunningham during our setup and he made sure we were set up for success from the start. He has always gone above and beyond when I run into routing logic questions or need help thinking through different ways to structure rules. He has a strong understanding of the product, the technical side, and the business context behind what we are trying to do.
