"Chili Piper Is Incredibly Easy and Reliable Compared to Competitors"
What do you like best about Chili Piper?

At our company, we've used RevenueHero, Calendly, and Chili Piper, and I find Chili Piper to be far easier to use than the other two. Its interface is straightforward and clean, and it consistently routes as expected. In contrast, dealing with RevenueHero has cost us a lot of time. Now that we're finally returning to Chili Piper after a period away, I couldn't be more excited! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chili Piper?

I can't think of any drawbacks. The software operates very smoothly and consistently helps us SDRs route our demos to the appropriate AE every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Scheduling and Instant Lead Conversion, with Minor Drawbacks"
What do you like best about Chili Piper?

What I like best about Chili Piper is how directly it ties scheduling to revenue outcomes, reducing time in booking demos. What I mainly noticed is the instant lead conversion, the easiness of usage and the perfect Hubspot integration which shorten a lot our scheduling process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chili Piper?

A few things I dislike about Chili Piper is its admin dependency. Small changes (territory tweaks, new queues, edge-case routing) often require a knowledgeable admin. It’s not very self-serve for non-technical ops or marketing users. Last but not least is the pricing, very high compared to other schedulers app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
