Makes meeting scheduling easier and more efficient. I love that we can automatically qualify & book leads just from their online contact form submission. The hard part of B2B is qualifying the leads, booking meetings and prioritizing the leads to enhance the conversion rates. This is where Chili Piper helps the business increase conversion rates and revenue. If you are having business in multiple locations, I would say this is a boon. What do you like best about Chili Piper?

It creates an easy way for prospects to schedule meetings with our team without much back and forth. It makes the customer experience a lot better overall for prospects, and we can get in touch with them easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chili Piper?

I did this review about a year ago and marked them a 6 out 10. I'm dropping this down to a 1 because we've not been able to get it to work and the effort we've put in has been big. We still have significant routing problems that we've not been able to fix with Chili Piper, to the point if it was my call I would drop it. Not easy, constant upkeep, constantly not working - not worth the investment. It would be easier cheaper for me to manually assign leads - it's that challenging (not that I want to do this, but I honestly think it's the better alternative compared with Chili Piper). What do you like best about Chili Piper?

The fact that new leads can get routed to the correct people immediately is a game-changer. Gone are the days of sending leads to SDRs to then determine they're a customer (or worse, not noticing they're a customer and starting an inbound sequence). Having such granular customization for lead routing and creation is incredible. We can decide to send SMB leads to a certain group of the sales team, Enterprise to another, international to another, all while first checking if the lead is already owned! We have saved so much time and energy upon implementation that we can focus on more important projects. Knowing that even if there's a problem, the top-notch support team at Chili Piper is there to respond quickly. A++++++, can't recommend enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chili Piper?

There are some limitations to booking page customization. It does take some tweaking to get a proper flow configured. There was a lot of back and forth with support asking "what happened with this lead?" and nearly every situation was explained clearly. It can get very overwhelming with the number of options available (especially for the end-users and their custom pages). Depending on how you have your instance set up, the reporting might not be ideal. Also, the fact that operational users must occupy a seat is the largest complaint. It takes you just a few minutes to route sales leads while your clients, on the other hand, can easily schedule a meeting with your sales team.

The software coordinates meetings speedily and accurately, allowing us to focus on other productive tasks.

The chrome extension keeps disappearing from Gmail.

There are a few times when the software has bugs, and you are forced to refresh pages constantly.

Small sales team... and by small, I mean it's just me right now. As an org heavily reliant on inbound... Chili Piper makes it so that I don't have to lift a finger to make sure we're capitalizing on the folks who reach out to us. Running the logic through API calls to our CRM means we can only 'touch' so much data to evaluate who should receive a lead, so there is some technical limitation.
