They have a good understanding of the problem space they are tackling, even if their technical solution can't quite match up. **What do you dislike about Chili Piper?** The bugs and general platform stability are horrendous. I suspect that this may be limited to the Hubspot version of the tool, since I know that many of their customers who use Salesforce are satisfied. However it's very obvious that not many of their customers use Hubspot due to the frequent failures that occur, that only we (as Hubspot users) seem to notice. We're talking full catastrophic bugs that render the entire process of booking a demo broken. This has cost of many thousands of wasted marketing dollars sending people to a broken demo booking system. On two occasions in the last 2 months, Chilipiper have released an update to the software which has completety taken down the Hubspot functionality for us, and this only gets fixed after lengthy calls with their support team, who unfortunately rarely have experience of Hubspot (since all their customers are on Salesforce) and so whilst they try their best to help - we usually have to diagnose the issues ourselves (issues with Chilipiper) and advise them where to look on their end to fix the problem. **Recommendations to others considering Chili Piper:** Chilipiper has introduced a huge risk of failiure into our demo booking process, which eventuates into catastrophic failure about once per month. I suspect if you use Salesforce, your experience may be better than ours on Hubspot, but that's a risk you will need to make a judgment call on. **What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real time lead routing is the primary problem we wanted to solve. Additionally, when it does return usable errors, it doesn't respond in a normalized JSON format, it returns it straight in the body. Thier inbound marketing tool is slightly tedious to set up, but I don't know how they could make it simpler.
