**What do you like best about Chatsi?**

The team at Chatsi is very understanding and genuinely committed to providing the best possible experience with the tool. Implementing the AI script on our website was a breeze, and the Chatsi team supported us at every step to keep the process as simple as possible.

The UI is intuitive, and the overall ease of use feels unmatched; everything functions exactly as expected. I was pleasantly surprised by how often our website visitors use the tool. It has also opened up additional capabilities for visitors, especially by answering simple questions quickly and efficiently. That has translated into a better user experience, while also taking pressure off our in-house support team by handling the basic questions and letting them focus on more complex customer requests.

**What do you dislike about Chatsi?**

As with any new tool—especially one powered by AI—there’s a significant amount of training and learning it needs to go through before it consistently produces usable results. The chatsi team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the tool works and functions as expected, and that it provides accurate responses to our website visitors.

That said, there are still instances of errors and/or hallucinations that can cause confusion and frustration on the customer end. Like any AI tool, I’m confident that with more data and input, the answers will become more accurate over time and these errors will lessen.

**What problems is Chatsi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The chatsi AI tool has solved our teams issue of faster customer service. Low level, basic inquiries no longer need to go through a direct support agent which allows the team to focus on more complex and difficult inquiries. This is benefiting us by allowing us to provide faster customer support and a better experience to our customers.

**What do you like best about Chatsi?**

What I like most about Chatsi is how naturally it handles conversations while still keeping a clear commercial focus. The AI understands intent beyond simple keywords, which makes product suggestions feel relevant rather than scripted.

I also appreciate how quickly it can be integrated and start delivering value once connected to a product catalog. The 24/7 availability is particularly useful for improving customer engagement outside of standard business hours.

**What do you dislike about Chatsi?**

One area that could be improved is more in-depth documentation for advanced customization options. For teams that want to experiment with different conversational flows, additional guidance could be helpful.

It would also be beneficial to have more visually detailed performance analytics within the dashboard. However, these are refinements rather than major limitations.

**What problems is Chatsi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatsi addresses a common challenge in online commerce: customers leaving because they cannot quickly find relevant information or products. By providing real-time conversational assistance, it simplifies product discovery and reduces friction in the decision-making process.

From my perspective, the main benefit is its ability to combine automation with a personalized experience. It helps improve user engagement while reducing the need for constant manual support.

**What do you like best about Chatsi?**

I love that it's super easy and intuitive to use. Very smooth interface and extremely supportive team. The implementation was straightforward. We didn't run into any major issues and whenever we had questions, someone was there to help.

**What do you dislike about Chatsi?**

Some features ought to be refined still, like more options for customization. As with any AI tool, there's a lot of training that needs to be done before the results become usable, and occasionally it still produces hallucinations that can cause frustration. With refined training data and some time, these hopefully ought to be resolved.

**What problems is Chatsi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We see a lot of similar questions from customers, many about the same basic issues. Chatsi helps us automate the answers to these so that our team can focus on the more complex questions. It saves a lot of time and makes it easier to provide quick answers. Overall, that really helps boost the efficiency of our team and the satisfaction of our customers. Those people who contact us with routine questions get answers fast and those with more complex queries have shorter wait times before a member of our staff can take care of them.

**What do you like best about Chatsi?**

Loving Chatsi! It is a 24/7 sales agent that helps your customers. If a customer has a product question they can get the answer right there immediately without having to reach out to customer support. On the backend the Chatsi team is extremely helpful and wants to make sure we get good use from the tool.

**What do you dislike about Chatsi?**

We have not had any issues with Chatsi so be perfectly transparent!

**What problems is Chatsi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are very spread thin managing many ecommerce channels. We deal with less customer support issues because Chatsi handles a decent chunk of it for us!

**What do you like best about Chatsi?**

We use Chatsi mainly to automate lead handling from paid advertising campaigns, and it has significantly improved our process.
It has become an automation bridge between our ads and our sales team. It reduced manual workload, improved speed, and helped us scale campaigns without increasing headcount.

Everything works just fine for now, we're extremely pleased with it!

**What do you like best about Chatsi?**

The product itself is super good. We've tried other options but they were always pretty bland. They got things wrong, lacked personality, and just provided plain responses. Chatsi is the completely opposite: always correct, helpful, and high-powered.

**What do you dislike about Chatsi?**

Literally nothing. Like anything there's a small onboarding phase but nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Chatsi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're literally helping us get more sales by providing fast, accurate, and detailed responses. They're answering our customers questions before we even see them.
