What do you like best about Chatsi?

The team at Chatsi is very understanding and genuinely committed to providing the best possible experience with the tool. Implementing the AI script on our website was a breeze, and the Chatsi team supported us at every step to keep the process as simple as possible.

The UI is intuitive, and the overall ease of use feels unmatched; everything functions exactly as expected. I was pleasantly surprised by how often our website visitors use the tool. It has also opened up additional capabilities for visitors, especially by answering simple questions quickly and efficiently. That has translated into a better user experience, while also taking pressure off our in-house support team by handling the basic questions and letting them focus on more complex customer requests. What do you dislike about Chatsi?

As with any new tool—especially one powered by AI—there’s a significant amount of training and learning it needs to go through before it consistently produces usable results. The chatsi team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the tool works and functions as expected, and that it provides accurate responses to our website visitors.

That said, there are still instances of errors and/or hallucinations that can cause confusion and frustration on the customer end. Like any AI tool, I’m confident that with more data and input, the answers will become more accurate over time and these errors will lessen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Chatsi is how naturally it handles conversations while still keeping a clear commercial focus. The AI understands intent beyond simple keywords, which makes product suggestions feel relevant rather than scripted.

What do you dislike about Chatsi?

One area that could be improved is more in-depth documentation for advanced customization options. For teams that want to experiment with different conversational flows, additional guidance could be helpful.

What do you dislike about Chatsi?

Some features ought to be refined still, like more options for customization. As with any AI tool, there's a lot of training that needs to be done before the results become usable, and occasionally it still produces hallucinations that can cause frustration. Loving Chatsi! It is a 24/7 sales agent that helps your customers. If a customer has a product question they can get the answer right there immediately without having to reach out to customer support.
