Over the past 10 years that I have had to use Waystar since it is part of my EHR, I have had bad experience with customer service reps. For as long as I can remeber, I have dreaded to call them up with a problem. Consistently, every time I had to call customer service reps are annoyed that I dare to bother them,.Their answers are so brief, that you have to have a follow up question, which annoys them even more. Then you get misleading answers. Then they argue about what you actually asked and what they told you. It is like you are dealing with little kids who hate to go to school and consitenly are annoyed at the teacher asking them questions. It seems like there is no training on how to be helpful to their paying customers and how to effciently get problems resolved. For the past 10 years I have begged my EHR to please let me choose a different clearing house. I have dealt with many billing clearing houses, Absolutly all of them have better customer service then Waystar. I have thought about tapinga phone call and sending it to Saturday Night.
