There are times when Files.com goes down and stays that way for a period of time over the last couple of years. When it's down, there's no backup location, and clients can't share information. We also use Files.com for sending files back to our clients in some cases, and when it's down, critical business operations don't run properly. I encountered an issue where certain sync functions did not work as expected when syncing files between servers. For instance, I tried to move a file from one server to another, but it did not work. After opening a help ticket, I found out that the platform does not allow moves from certain remote servers, which was not stated clearly anywhere. This lack of information was frustrating because the option appeared available but was not functional.
